【摘要】：正最近,民心网在多个地区召开铁杆网民座谈会,听取曾在民心网投诉过的网民的意见,产生了非常好的效果。很显然,这样面对面的互动,更便于党和政府与群众之间更亲切、更直观地交流。民心网的宗旨是为民,是倾听民声、实现民意、服务民众,具体的实现形式就是互动,群众在网上投诉,政府在网上办理。网来网往,是民心网最常态的互动方式,13年来这样的互动也带来了巨大的成效。全省各级政府部门通过民心网为民办事已超50万件,还利
