中国共产党长期执政的合法性研究

【摘要】：1840年鸦片战争，揭开了中国近代史的序幕，中国以屈辱的方式迈进了近代。此后，帝国主义国家的大举侵略和中国政府的软弱应对使得中国逐步沦落为半殖民地半封建社会。救亡与发展成为近代中国社会的两大历史性任务。能否解决这两大历史性任务，检验着中国社会的各种政治势力，决定着他们是否能够在中国社会中立足，成为他们是否具有合法性的试金石。中国的农民阶级、地主阶级和资产阶级都曾经用不同的方式试图救民于苦难之中，挽救国家的命运，但都先后失败，无力改变中国社会的发展进程。1921年，中国共产党成立，彻底改变了中国的历史走向。中国共产党历经磨难，创造性地把马克思主义基本原理与中国革命的实际相结合，积极探索中国革命的规律，领导中国人民经过28年艰苦卓绝的斗争，在1949年建立了中华人民共和国，结束了中国半殖民地半封建社会的历史，为国家和人民创造了崭新的发展前景，从而也确立了自己在国家中的合法性地位，成为国家和人民的领导核心。中国共产党是立志于长期执政的政党。建立社会主义制度后，，发展社会主义，最终实现共产主义，是中国共产党的奋斗目标。执政60多年来，中国共产党遭遇过挫折，也取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就，中国共产党用自己执政的辉煌成就证明了自己长期执政的合法性。站在中华民族伟大复兴展现出光明前景的历史新起点上，实现中华民族的伟大复兴，还要经过长期的艰苦奋斗。继续团结带领中华民族前进，中国共产党必须继续用自己坚实的行动和能力证明自己能够带领中华民族实现伟大复兴的梦想，证明自己继续长期执政的合法性。本文以中国共产党追求长期执政为出发点，以寻求长期执政的合法性为主题，运用了辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义、文本分析等研究方法，对中国共产党长期执政的历程和执政的合法性进行了考察，得出了如下结论：中国共产党有能力赢得长期执政的地位，能够赢得长期执政的合法性。本文由引言、正文和结语组成。引言主要说明了论文的选题意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路、研究新意和研究方法。论文第一章试图阐述合法性理论在中国的发展演进过程，对相关的合法性理论作了简要的阐述、分析，总结它们在中国社会发展中的作用，为进行第二章的研究做好理论基础。论文第二章从历史发展的角度阐述了中国共产党执政地位的确立过程，阐明了中国共产党执政的合法性。论文第三章研究了中国共产党提出长期执政合法性的历史过程，论述中国共产党对长期执政的合法性的重视以及如何构建长期执政的合法性。论文第四章从中国共产党长期执政的历史上总结巩固执政合法性的经验，试图挖掘中国共产党巩固执政合法性的规律。论文第五章首先分析了中国共产党当今执政的现状，在分析现状和长期执政面临的合法性挑战的基础上，阐述中国共产党在今后的执政活动中如何做才能够赢得继续执政的地位，赢得长期执政的合法性。结语部分对论文进行了总结，得出了论文的结论：中国共产党有能力赢得长期执政的地位，能够赢得长期执政的合法性，团结带领中华民族，实现中华民族伟大复兴的梦想。
[Abstract]:After the Opium War in 1840 , the prelude of China ' s recent history has been opened , China has moved into modern times in a humiliating way . Since then , the great invasion of the imperialist countries and the weak response of the Chinese government have made China gradually fall into the semi - colonial and semi - feudal society . The survival and development has become the two historic tasks of the modern Chinese society . Whether it can solve these two historic tasks , check the political forces of the Chinese society and decide whether they can stand up in the Chinese society and become the touchstone of legality . In 1921 , the Communist Party of China established the People ' s Republic of China , and established the People ' s Republic of China in 1949 . The Communist Party of China has established the People ' s Republic of China in 1949 and ended the history of the semi - colonial and semi - feudal society in China . The Communist Party of China is based on the long - term ruling political parties . After the establishment of the socialist system , the development of socialism and the eventual realization of communism is the goal of the Communist Party of China .
