大学生党员践行群众路线的机制建构研究

【摘要】：群众路线是中国共产党的基本工作路线,是党的三大优良作风之一。大学生党员作为高校学生这一群体中的积极分子,是党内的新生力量,是党员队伍中最具生气与活力的群体,积极探索大学生党员践行群众路线的机制对于推进全面从严治党,对于实现党的十八大确定的奋斗目标,对于实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦都具有非常重要的意义。本文以党员队伍中的特色群体,大学生党员为切入点,重点对大学生党员践行群众路线的机制建构问题进行探讨和思考。文章从梳理该领域研究现状入手,与实证研究相结合,在整理关于大学生党员践行群众路线机制运行现状调查问卷相关数据的基础上,分析大学生党员践行群众路线机制在运行过程中取得的成绩、存在的问题及其存在问题的原因。从系统论的角度切入,力求推进大学生党员践行群众路线工作的经常化、制度化与规范化,形成大学生党员践行群众路线的目标机制、实施机制、整改机制、保障机制等方面的机制链,从而最后实现大学生党员践行群众路线机制的良好运行和长期有效。本文由五个部分构成:第一部分,绪论。该部分首先从理论意义、实用价值两个方面介绍了本文的选题缘由及意义,其次从关于群众路线内涵的研究、关于大学生党员践行群众路线意义的研究、关于大学生党员践行群众路线现状的研究、关于大学生党员践行群众路线实践路径的研究几个方面归纳了本文的文献综述,最后提出了本文的研究思路和方法。第二部分,大学生党员践行群众路线的机制概述。该部分首先阐释了大学生党员、群众路线、机制与制度、体制的内涵,然后分析了建构大学生党员践行群众路线机制的必要性,最后指出了建构大学生党员践行群众路线机制的可行性。这是本文研究的起点。第三部分,大学生党员践行群众路线机制运行的现状分析。该部分在分析调查问卷数据的基础上,首先指出了当前大学生党员践行群众路线机制在运行过程中取得的成绩,其次指出了大学生党员践行群众路线机制在运行过程中存在的问题,最后分析了大学生党员践行群众路线机制存在问题的原因。这是全文研究的难点之一。第四部分,大学生党员践行群众路线机制建构的基本思路。在这个部分中首先分析了大学生党员践行群众路线机制的特点,其次指出了大学生党员践行群众路线机制的功能,再次阐述了大学生党员践行群众路线机制建构的基本原则,最后说明了大学生党员践行群众路线机制的运转模式。这是全文研究的重点之一。第五部分,大学生党员践行群众路线机制建构的基本途径。建构大学生党员践行群众路线机制的主要措施包括建构大学生党员践行群众路线的目标机制、建构大学生党员践行群众路线的实施机制、建构大学生党员践行群众路线的整改机制和建构大学生党员践行群众路线的保障机制。这是全文的归宿,也既是全文研究的重点,又是全文研究的难点。
