【摘要】：在新的历史时期，，我们党和国家面临的困难和风险世所罕见，反腐败斗争依然严峻。胡锦涛同志指出：广大干部一定要增强公仆意识，忧患意识和节俭意识，牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨。今天,我们重温毛泽东的公仆思想，对于选拔和培养中国特色社会主义事业需要的广大公仆，防止社会公仆嬗变为社会主人仍然具有一定的现实指导意义。论文从研读毛泽东著作和文献入手，揭示了毛泽东公仆思想的形成过程，概述毛泽东公仆思想的主要内涵，公仆要谨慎地运用人民赋予的权力，要以人民利益为最高标准，全心全意为人民服务，时刻接受人民群众的监督；要坚持“德才兼备”和“又红又专”的标准选拔公仆，注重在实践中历练公仆；要教育广大公仆树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，弘扬理论联系实际的作风，密切联系群众的作风、艰苦奋斗的作风、谦虚谨慎的作风和批评与自我批评的作风，遏制社会公仆嬗变为社会主人。进而分析、归纳和提炼了毛泽东公仆思想的主要特点：人民性、实践性。结合毛泽东公仆思想的主要内容和特点，进一步阐释了它的当代价值：毛泽东公仆思想是新时期选拔和培养“德才兼备”公仆的理论指南，是创建服务型政府的理论基石，是遏制社会公仆嬗变为社会主人的思想武器。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period, our party and the country is facing difficulties and risks are rare in the world, anti-corruption struggle is still grim. Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out: the cadres must strengthen public servant consciousness, suffering consciousness and awareness of frugality, keep in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. Today, we revisit Mao Zedong's public servant thought, for the majority of public servant selection China and cultivation of socialist cause needs, prevent the social public servant evolution to the owner of the society still has certain practical significance.
From the study of Mao Zedong works and literature, reveals the formation process of Mao Zedong's public servant thought, the main connotation of Mao Zedong's public servant thought, public servants must carefully use the power given by the people, to the people's interests as the highest standard and serve the people wholeheartedly, always accept the supervision of the people; to adhere to the "have both ability and political integrity" and "both socialist-minded and professionally competent" the standard selection of public servants, pay attention to in practice experience to educate the public servants; establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, promote the theory and practice of the style, close ties with the masses of the style, the style of hard struggle, modest and prudent style and criticism and self-criticism, curb the social public servant changes as the master of society further analysis, summed up the main characteristics of Mao Zedong's public servant thought: the people of the practice.
According to the main contents and characteristics of Mao Zedong's public servant thought, further explains its Contemporary Value: Mao Zedong's public servant thought is a theoretical guide and training of the new period "have both ability and political integrity public servants" selection, is the theoretical basis of constructing service-oriented government, is the ideological weapon to curb public servant changes as masters of the society.
