列宁党内民主监督思想研究

【摘要】：列宁党内民主监督思想是列宁无产阶级执政党建设思想的重要组成部分。列宁根据俄国的国家环境和时代特点，针对党管理国家出现的官僚主义和高度集权的问题，提出必须要重视党内民主监督，这一重要思想是在列宁领导革命和建设的实践过程中形成的。中国共产党历来重视党内民主监督，列宁的党内民主监督思想为我国建立健全党内民主监督制度提供了坚实的理论基础。虽然当今中国与列宁时期的俄国建设有很大的差别，但是，有着本质的共同点，即社会主义国家。本文通过对列宁民主监督思想的深入研究来推动中国共产党建立党内民主监督制度建设有重要的理论与现实意义。本文以列宁时期的党内民主监督思想为主要研究对象，研究的内容包括列宁党内民主监督思想的理论基础和历史进程、列宁党内民主监督的主要内容和有效途径、列宁党内民主监督思想的历史价值和当代启示。通过探索列宁党内民主监督思想的理论基础和实践依据，理清列宁党内民主监督思想发展的历史进程，得出列宁的党内民主监督思想的形成是历史的必然，是在革命和建设的实践中形成；通过对列宁党内民主监督主要内容和实现途径的研究、以及与马克思、恩格斯党内民主监督的比较，总结出列宁党内民主监督思想的实质和特点；本文的最后一章，着重讨论了列宁党内民主监督思想在历史上所处的地位和对我国党内民主监督制度的建设有着重要指导意义。本文运用文献搜集法、对比分析法等研究方法，通过对党内民主监督思想的内容进行整合归纳，，总结概括出列宁党内民主监督思想的独特之处和历史价值，揭示出列宁党内民主监督思想对我党民主监督建设的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Lenin's idea of democratic supervision within the Party is an important part of Lenin's thought of building the ruling party of the proletariat. Lenin according to Russia's national environment and characteristics of the times. In view of the problems of bureaucratism and high centralization of power in the management of the country by the Party, we must attach importance to the democratic supervision within the Party. This important thought was formed in the course of Lenin's practice of leading revolution and construction. The CPC has always attached great importance to the democratic supervision within the Party. Lenin's idea of inner-party democratic supervision provides a solid theoretical basis for China to establish and perfect the system of inner-party democratic supervision. This article has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the establishment of the democratic supervision system of the Communist Party of China through the in-depth study of Lenin's democratic supervision thought. This paper takes Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision thought as the main research object, including the theoretical basis and historical process of Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision thought. The main contents and effective ways of Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision, the historical value and contemporary enlightenment of Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision thought, and the theoretical basis and practical basis of Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision thought are explored. To clarify the historical process of Lenin's thought of democratic supervision within the Party, it is concluded that the formation of Lenin's thought of inner-party democratic supervision is a historical necessity and formed in the practice of revolution and construction. Through the study of the main content and the way of realization of Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision, as well as the comparison with Marx and Engels' inner-party democratic supervision, this paper summarizes the essence and characteristics of Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision thought. In the last chapter of this paper, the author emphatically discusses the position of Lenin's thought of inner-party democratic supervision in history and it has important guiding significance to the construction of inner-party democratic supervision system in our country. This paper uses literature collection, comparative analysis and other research methods, through the integration of the content of inner-party democratic supervision, summed up Lenin's inner-party democratic supervision thought unique and historical value. It reveals the realistic significance of Lenin's idea of democratic supervision to the construction of our party's democratic supervision.
