【摘要】：论文系统地阐述了马克思恩格斯对贫困问题的研究及理论成果，揭示了马克思恩格斯对贫困问题的研究方法及理论成果对我国认识和解决贫困问题当代价值。论文由三大部分组成。第一部分阐述了马克思恩格斯研究贫困问题的出发点及过程。在对以往学者们关于贫困问题研究思考的基础上，，马克思恩格斯提出以历史唯物主义观点研究贫困问题，以现实的人和社会基本矛盾为出发点研究和解决贫困问题。马克思恩格斯研究贫困问题经过初始、基本形成以及成熟三个阶段。第二部分阐述了马克思恩格斯研究贫困问题的理论成果。辨析了有关贫困问题的基本概念；分析了贫困产生的原因，指出了贫困现象是生产资料私有制、社会总生产力与总人口关系、剩余价值与资本积累价值规律和劳动异化造成的。指出了资本主义社会贫困问题产生的影响，贫困会造成人的就业能力缺失，人及社会的畸形发展和激化社会矛盾；最后明确指出只有推翻资本主义制度，建立社会主义社会才能彻底消除无产阶级贫困的政治理念。第三部分阐述马克思恩格斯关于贫困问题研究的研究方法、视角及理论成果的当代价值。提出要重视贫困问题；重视并区分解决贫困问题，这里注重相对贫困与绝对贫困问题；提出增加居民财产性收入，提出社会主义贫困问题的影响与解决路径，在坚持社会主义公有制的基础上加强经济建设，为解决贫困问题提供物质基础；加强教育事业建设，达到消除因能力缺失只能靠救助的贫困现象。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically expounds Marx and Engels' research on poverty and its theoretical achievements. This paper reveals the contemporary value of Marx and Engels' research methods and theoretical achievements in understanding and solving the poverty problem in China. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part expounds the starting point and process of Marx and Engels' research on poverty. Marx and Engels put forward to study the problem of poverty from the viewpoint of historical materialism, and to study and solve the problem of poverty from the point of view of the basic contradiction between human beings and society. Basic formation and mature three stages. The second part expounds the theoretical achievements of Marx and Engels in the study of poverty and analyzes the basic concepts of poverty. This paper analyzes the causes of poverty and points out that poverty is the private ownership of the means of production and the relationship between the total productive forces and the total population. The surplus value, the law of accumulated value of capital and the alienation of labor have pointed out the influence of poverty in capitalist society, which will lead to the lack of employability of human being. The abnormal development of human and society and the intensification of social contradictions; Finally, it is pointed out that only by overthrowing the capitalist system and establishing a socialist society can the political concept of proletarian poverty be completely eliminated. The third part expounds the research method of Marx and Engels' research on poverty problem, the angle of view and the contemporary value of theoretical achievements, and puts forward that we should pay more attention to the problem of poverty. Pay attention to and distinguish between solving the problem of poverty, and pay attention to the problem of relative poverty and absolute poverty here; To increase the property income of residents, to put forward the influence of socialist poverty and the way to solve it, to strengthen economic construction on the basis of adhering to socialist public ownership, and to provide a material basis for solving the problem of poverty. Strengthen the construction of education to eliminate poverty that can only be saved because of lack of ability.
