马克思市民社会理论及其当代价值

【摘要】：市民社会，作为西方政治哲学的一个范畴，具有重要的理论意义。它在二十世纪末传入中国后引起了我国学者的广泛研究，尤其是马克思的市民社会理论更是具有极其重要的理论指导意义。而马克思的市民社会来源于对其之前理论家思想的继承与批判，因此，需先了解马克思之前市民社会的发展。 古希腊罗马时期的市民社会指的是城邦国家，而城邦是由一群追求善业的人组成的社会团体，社会团体中市民身份的确定是以政治权利来衡量的，所以这一时期市民社会就是政治国家；中世纪的市民社会是被教权理论家和王权理论家所利用，来为教权至上和王权至上辩护；17、18世纪的契约论思想家将市民社会作为与野蛮状态对立的文明社会来阐述的；黑格尔是将市民社会从政治国家中分离出的第一人，，他赋予市民社会经济含义，并在分析伦理发展过程中提出：国家决定市民社会。 马克思市民社会研究的契机是他对物质利益发表意见的需求；在《黑格尔法哲学批判》中，他在批判黑格尔国家观的基础上，对市民社会与国家的关系作出了正确的表述：市民社会决定国家；《论犹太人问题》及《黑格尔法哲学批判导言》提出：政治解放只是将市民社会成员从政治形式上解放出来，要获得人的全面解放就必须依靠一个非市民社会阶级的市民社会，即无产阶级；《1844年经济学哲学手稿》对异化劳动理论的分析得出，市民社会矛盾的解决在于对私有财产的扬弃；《德意志意识形态》、《哲学的贫困》科学的提出生产关系理论，完成了市民社会与生产关系的衔接，正式确立了唯物史观。西方马克思主义者在文化领域发展了马克思的市民社会理论，日本学者望月清司认为市民社会贯穿历史的始终。马克思的市民社会理论也为我国社会主义和谐社会的构建提供了理论指导。
[Abstract]:Civil society, as a category of western political philosophy, has important theoretical significance. It caused extensive research by Chinese scholars after it was introduced into China at the end of 20th century. In particular, Marx's civil society theory is of great theoretical significance, and Marx's civil society comes from the inheritance and criticism of his previous theorists' thoughts. It is necessary to understand the development of civil society before Marx. The civil society of ancient Greece and Rome refers to the city-state, and the city-state is a social group composed of a group of people who pursue good deeds. The determination of the civil status in the social group is measured by political rights. Therefore, the civil society in this period is a political state; The civil society in the Middle Ages was used by the theorists of religious right and Wang Quan to defend the supremacy of religious power and the supremacy of Wang Quan. The contract thinkers of the 18th century described the civil society as a civilized society opposed to the barbaric state. Hegel is the first person who separates the civil society from the political state. He gives the civil society economic meaning and puts forward in the process of analyzing the development of ethics: the state decides the civil society. Marx's opportunity to study civil society is his need to express opinions on material interests. In the critique of Hegel's philosophy of law, on the basis of criticizing Hegel's concept of state, he makes a correct statement of the relationship between civil society and the state: civil society determines the state; "on the Jewish problem" and "introduction to the criticism of Hegel's philosophy of Law" puts forward that political emancipation is just the emancipation of members of civil society from the political form. In order to achieve the full liberation of human beings, we must rely on a non-civil social class of civil society, namely the proletariat; From the analysis of the theory of alienated labor in 1844, it is concluded that the solution to the contradiction of civil society lies in the sublation of private property. "German ideology", "the Poverty of philosophy" put forward the theory of production relations scientifically, completed the connection between the civil society and the relations of production. Western Marxists developed Marx's civil society theory in the field of culture. Japanese scholar Wang Yueqing thinks that civil society runs through history and Marx's theory of civil society also provides theoretical guidance for the construction of a harmonious socialist society in China.
