【摘要】：政党与社会以及它们之间的关系是政治学研究和党建研究的基本内容之一，也是现代政治结构中必须要处理好的基本关系之一。研究政党与社会的关系对于理论构建和政治实践都具有很重要的意义，它的好坏一方面关系到执政党的生存发展和执政活动的成败，一方面也关乎到社会是否能够健康有序的发展。在执政党与社会的关系结构中，，执政党处于领导地位，社会是执政党的基础和权力来源。要想提高党执政的合法性，增加政党的社会整合功能，实现政党与社会的有效互动，就需要改革和完善党对社会的领导。研究政党与社会的关系，首先要在理论上对政党、社会以及政党与社会关系进行理论分析，为分析政党与社会的关系提供理论源和分析框架。其次，我们把更多的注意力投入到对中国共产党与社会关系的历史回顾中，对中国共产党与社会关系的发展历程采取三个时期的分期归纳，梳理中国共产党与社会关系的发展脉络，并对当前党与社会所处的发展阶段和关系模式做出定位。政党与社会的关系是相互依存的，政党来源于社会，社会依靠政党的领导；以“文革”和改革开放作为界线，我国政党与社会的关系可以分为三个不同的时期，每个时期都有着各自的特点；影响现阶段党社关系的主要问题表现在利益群体分化、社会组织的崛起、新媒体的兴起、群体性事件增多等现实问题，这些问题需要得到有效解决。因此，我们需要在理念上转变思路，实现从统治向治理的转变，在制度和政策上不断培育、壮大社会，建立健全党与社会合作与分工的体制机制，以改进服务、改善民生作为改革和完善党领导社会的突破口，改革和完善党对社会的领导，实现党与社会的相互合作与双赢局面。
[Abstract]:The relationship between political party and society and their relationship is one of the basic contents of political science research and party building research. It is also one of the basic relations that must be handled well in the modern political structure. The study of the relationship between political parties and society is of great significance for the theoretical construction and political practice. On the one hand, it relates to the survival and development of the ruling party and the success or failure of the ruling activities, on the other hand, it also relates to the healthy and orderly development of the society, in the structure of the relationship between the ruling party and the society. The ruling party is in the leading position, the society is the foundation and the power source of the ruling party. In order to improve the legitimacy of the party in power, increase the social integration function of the party, realize the effective interaction between the party and the society. It is necessary to reform and improve the party's leadership over society. To study the relationship between the political party and the society, we should theoretically analyze the political party, the society and the relationship between the political party and the society, so as to provide the theoretical source and analysis framework for the analysis of the relationship between the political party and the society. We pay more attention to the historical review of the CPC and social relations, and adopt three stages to sum up the development of the CPC and social relations. Combing the development of the Communist Party of China and social relations, and to the current stage of development of the party and society and the relationship model to make a position. The relationship between the political party and the society is interdependent. The political party comes from the society and the society depends on the leadership of the political party. With the "Cultural Revolution" and the reform and opening up as the boundary, the relationship between political parties and society in China can be divided into three different periods, each period has its own characteristics; The main problems affecting the relationship between the Party and the society at this stage are the differentiation of interest groups, the rise of social organizations, the rise of new media, the increase of mass events and other practical problems, which need to be effectively resolved. We need to change ideas in concept, realize the transformation from rule to governance, foster continuously in system and policy, strengthen society, establish and perfect the system mechanism of cooperation and division of labor between the party and society, in order to improve the service. Improving the people's livelihood is the breakthrough of the reform and perfection of the Party's leading society, the reform and perfection of the Party's leadership over the society, and the realization of the mutual cooperation and win-win situation between the Party and the society.
