科学发展观对邓小平发展思想的继承与创新

【摘要】：发展是人类社会永恒的主题,人类要生存下去就必须依靠发展来获得所必需的条件。同时,发展是实现社会主义价值的方式和方法,是我国进行社会主义建设所必须依靠的途径。发展是我国社会主义初级阶段需要完成的历史任务,是全面建设小康社会的路径选择。本文从整体上论述了邓小平发展思想与科学发展观之间的关系,针对二者形成的背景、发展的定位、价值的诉求、发展的内容以及发展的思路等方面进行系统论述。本文就其逻辑结构而言分为五大部分。首先,论述了发展的社会背景,即时代主题与现实基础。从孕育邓小平发展思想的时代背景出发,论述了科学发展观形成、发展的时代背景及现实基础,进而指出正是由于国际国内新问题与新矛盾的凸显以及我国呈现出新的阶段性特征才会使科学发展观在继承邓小平发展思想的基础上与时俱进地提了出来。其次,论述了发展的定位,即从“硬道理”到“第一要义”。从两个科学发展理论的发展定位出发,通过对比分析,理论综合,得出二者在不同的时代条件下所解决的发展问题有何不同,为什么不同以及科学发展观的“科学性”是怎样的,最后得出科学发展观是如何对邓小平发展思想进行继承和创新的。再次,论述了发展的价值诉求,即从“人民满意”到“以人为本”。从两个科学发展理论的价值诉求出发,通过比较分析得出科学发展观在继承了邓小平关于人本思想的基础上如何做到发展为了人民,发展依靠人民以及发展的成果如何由人民共享。从而实现了在对邓小平发展思想继承的同时达到了新的认识高度,实现了对邓小平人本思想的创新。之后,论述了发展的主要内容,即从“两手抓”到“四位一体”。从两个科学发展理论的内容出发,论述了邓小平发展思想和科学发展观要实现什么样的社会发展目标。通过对邓小平“两手抓”社会发展目标的论述,得出了科学发展观“四位一体”社会发展目标是如何确立和拓展的以及“四位一体”社会格局之间的关系是怎样的,对我们今后进行社会主义现代化建设,构建社会主义和谐社会提供方法论指导。最后,论述了发展的思路,即由发展到创新。本部分试图在阐述邓小平发展思想的基本要求和根本方法的同时探索出科学发展观在发展的思路上与邓小平发展思想的差异性。最后指出随着时代的发展变化和社会主义现代化建设的实践要求科学发展观是如何在发展思路上实现对邓小平发展思想的继承与超越的,者既存在契合点,又存在着一定的差异性。
[Abstract]:Development is the eternal theme of human society. If human beings want to survive, they must rely on development to obtain the necessary conditions. At the same time, development is the way and method to realize socialist value. Development is the historical task that needs to be completed in the primary stage of socialism in our country, and it is also the path choice for building a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper discusses the relationship between Deng Xiaoping's development thought and the scientific development view as a whole, aiming at the background, the orientation and the value demand of the two. The contents and ideas of development are systematically discussed in this paper, which is divided into five parts as far as its logical structure is concerned. First of all, it discusses the social background of development, that is, the theme of the times and the realistic foundation. From the background of the development thought of Deng Xiaoping, it discusses the formation of the scientific development concept, the background of the times and the realistic basis of the development. It is also pointed out that it is because of the new problems and contradictions at home and abroad that the scientific concept of development will be brought forward with the times on the basis of inheriting Deng Xiaoping's development thought. Secondly, it discusses the orientation of development, that is, from the "hard principle" to "the first meaning". From the development orientation of the two scientific development theories, through comparative analysis, theoretical synthesis. It is concluded that the two have different development problems under different times, why are they different, and what is the scientific nature of the scientific development view? Finally, the scientific development concept is how to inherit and innovate Deng Xiaoping's development thought. Thirdly, it discusses the value demand of development, that is, from "people satisfaction" to "people-oriented", starting from the value demands of the two scientific development theories. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that how to develop for the people on the basis of inheriting Deng Xiaoping's humanistic thought. Development depends on the people and how the achievements of development are shared by the people, thus achieving a new level of understanding while inheriting Deng Xiaoping's thought of development, and realizing the innovation of Deng Xiaoping's humanistic thought. After that, it discusses the main content of development, that is, from "two hands" to "four in one", starting from the content of two scientific development theories. This paper discusses what kind of social development goal should be realized by Deng Xiaoping's development thought and scientific development view. The scientific development concept "four in one" social development goal is how to establish and expand as well as the "four in one" social pattern of the relationship is how to carry out the socialist modernization construction in the future. Building a harmonious socialist society provides methodological guidance. Finally, the development of ideas. That is, from development to innovation. This part attempts to explore the differences between scientific development ideas and Deng Xiaoping's development thoughts on the basis of expounding the basic requirements and methods of Deng Xiaoping's development thought. Finally, it points out that with the development of Deng Xiaoping, The development and change of the times and the practice of socialist modernization require the scientific development concept how to inherit and surpass Deng Xiaoping's development thought in the way of development.
