马克思的民主观及其对当代中国农村基层民主政治建设的启示

【摘要】：民主问题是马克思关注的重要社会问题之一。马克思虽然没有一部专门论述民主问题的著作，但其各个时期的著作对民主的理论和实践的论述有着内在的联系，共同构成马克思的民主观。改革开放以来，我国农村基层民主政治建设正在逐步走向成熟，，但也还存在不少问题。在当前我国农村基层民主实践轰轰烈烈开展的新形势下，我们需要返本开新，从马克思那里追寻民主的思想渊源、理论智慧和现实启迪。本文试图通过对马克思民主观的深入研究，寻找解决农村基层民主政治建设问题的办法和对策。全文共分四章：第一章，马克思的民主观的渊源与发展，主要从民主理念的历史沿革、马克思的民主观的思想渊源和马克思的民主观的发展历程等三个方面，分析马克思的民主观的渊源与发展；第二章，马克思的民主观的基本内容，主要从马克思对民主的基本认知和对民主的多维审视两个方面，详细阐述了马克思的民主观的基本内容；第三章，马克思的民主观的基本特征，主要从马克思的民主观的阶级性，实践性，革命性三个方面揭示了马克思的民主观的基本特征；第四章，马克思的民主观对当代中国农村基层民主政治建设的启示：一是加快发展农村经济，夯实农村基层民主政治建设的物质基础；二是注重教育和引导，提升农民群众的民主意识和民主素质；三是加强党的领导，正确处理农村基层民主与党的领导和法制建设的关系；四是按照循序渐进的原则，不断推进农村基层民主政治实践。
[Abstract]:The issue of democracy is one of the most important social issues that Marx paid close attention to. Although Marx did not have a book devoted to the issue of democracy, his works in various periods had an inherent connection with the theory and practice of democracy. Since the reform and opening up, China's rural grass-roots democratic political construction is gradually maturing, but there are still many problems. We need to go back to the original and pursue the ideological origin of democracy, theoretical wisdom and practical enlightenment from Marx. This paper attempts to find the solution and countermeasures to the problem of rural grass-roots democratic political construction through the in-depth study of Marx's democratic view. The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter, the origin and development of Marx's democratic view, mainly from three aspects: the historical evolution of the democratic concept, the ideological origin of Marx's democratic concept and the development process of Marx's democratic view. Chapter two, the basic content of Marx's democratic view, mainly from two aspects: Marx's basic understanding of democracy and his multidimensional examination of democracy. The third chapter, the basic characteristics of Marx's democratic view, mainly from three aspects of Marx's democratic concept of class, practical, revolutionary to reveal the basic characteristics of Marx's concept of democracy, the third chapter, the basic characteristics of Marx's democratic view, the third chapter, the basic characteristics of Marx's democratic view, mainly from the three aspects of Marx's democratic concept of class, practical, revolutionary. In chapter 4th, the enlightenment of Marx's democratic view to the rural grass-roots democratic political construction in contemporary China is as follows: first, to accelerate the development of rural economy and consolidate the material foundation of rural grass-roots democratic political construction; second, to pay attention to education and guidance. Third, strengthening the leadership of the Party and correctly handling the relationship between rural grass-roots democracy and the Party's leadership and the building of the legal system; and fourth, continuously promoting the practice of rural grass-roots democratic politics in accordance with the principle of gradual and orderly progress.
