【摘要】：分工是社会生产力发展的产物，同时又促进社会的发展。哲学是不会放过对这一重大社会现象的研究与探索，结合整个西方哲学史来看，哲学家始终是围绕这些重大主题的。在对分工这一问题的研究，可以这样讲，亚当．斯密、萨伊等人是具有代表性的。亚当．斯密的全部经济理论体系的起点就是分工，，他认为财富的源泉不仅仅是在于劳动，更重要的是在于形成分工的劳动。通过对于分工问题研究而形成的理论，在马克思的整个理论中有着极其重要的地位。马克思在继承与批判亚当．斯密等人分工理论的基础上，主要通过对分工和异化劳动、分工与私有财产、分工与生产力、分工与所有制等关系的剖析，从而形成自己的关于分工的理论。马克思的分工理论有着深刻的思想渊源、极其丰富的内容，本文通过对马克思的分工理论的思想渊源的挖掘，以及分工理论的具体内容的阐释，揭示出分工理论在马克思唯物主义理论体系中的地位与作用，一方面是为了对马克思的分工理论作出整体的、深入的、全面的认识，另一方面也是为了凸显出马克思的分工理论的当代价值，为我国和谐社会主义社会建设事业提供一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Division of labor is the product of the development of social productive forces and at the same time promotes the development of society. Philosophy will not let go of the research and exploration of this important social phenomenon. Philosophers have always revolved around these major themes. In the study of the division of labor, it can be said that Adam Smith, Say and others are representative. The starting point of Adam Smith's entire economic theoretical system is division of labor. He believes that the source of wealth lies not only in labor, but more importantly in the formation of a division of labor. Marx, on the basis of inheriting and criticizing Adam Smith's theory of division of labor, mainly through the division of labor and alienation of labor, division of labor and private property, division of labor and productivity. Through the analysis of the relationship between division of labor and ownership, we can form our own theory of division of labor. Marx's theory of division of labor has profound ideological origin and abundant content. This paper excavates the ideological origin of Marx's theory of division of labor. And the explanation of the specific content of the division of labor theory reveals the position and function of the division of labor theory in the Marxist materialism theory system. On the one hand, it is to make a whole, deep and comprehensive understanding of Marx's division of labor theory. On the other hand, it is also to highlight the contemporary value of Marx's theory of division of labor, and to provide certain theoretical basis for the construction of harmonious socialist society in China.
