【摘要】：青年干部,是党和国家的未来和希望,是中国特色社会主义现代化建设的主要力量,更是中华民族实现繁荣富强的关键。21世纪的竞争是人才的竞争。从某种意义上说,当下对青年人才、青年干部的竞争是任何历史时期都无可比拟的。以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体,在全球化浪潮下,在改革开放深入发展的过程中,以无产阶级革命家远见卓识和高瞻远瞩的胸怀,始终关注青年干部、关注青年培养、成长,最终形成了新时代的马克思主义青年学说——江泽民青年干部思想。研究江泽民青年干部思想,对于理解和学习江泽民关于青年干部以及青年干部工作的论述,加强青年干部研究,创新青年干部理论,改进青年干部工作,促进青年干部全面发展,培养造就社会主义现代化建设所需要的坚强的领导者,都有极其重要的理论价值和现实意义。《江泽民青年干部思想研究》立足新世纪的时代特征,从理论视角,全面、系统、整体地归纳与分析江泽民关于青年干部的论述,全文由四部分组成：第一部分,江泽民青年干部思想的涵义以及研究价值。这一部分主要对青年、青年干部、江泽民青年干部等几个相关概念进行探析,并通过对几个概念的比较研究,更加清晰的认识到江泽民青年干部的内涵。同时在阐述其相关概念中揭示出江泽民青年干部的研究价值。第二部分,江泽民青年干部思想的产生形成依据以及发展过程。本部分详细阐释江泽民青年干部思想形成的理论依据,包括马克思主义、毛泽东、邓小平关于青年干部的论述。同时也揭示出其现实依据,包括现代化建设需要大批的青年干部、建国以来特别是改革开放以来青年干部培养的实践。第三部分,江泽民青年干部思想主要内容。全面揭示出江泽民青年干部思想的主要内容,主要包括其三个方面的论述。其一,青年干部是党和国家的未来和希望；其二,青年干部素质是社会主义事业成败的关键所在,涵盖了青年干部的思想素质、政治素质、知识素质、道德素质、心里素质等内容；其三,建立和完善青年干部能上能下的用人机制,包括青年干部的培养、选拔、管理、考核与任用等一系列的思想。第四部分,江泽民青年干部思想的理论价值和现实意义。详细论述了江泽民青年干部思想的理论价值和现实意义。理论意义主要包含丰富和发展了马克思主义青年干部学说、继承和发展了毛泽东、邓小平的青年干部思想、拓宽和升华了中国共产党干部建设理论三个方面；实践意义主要包括为新时期青年干部队伍建设提供指导、激励青年干部全面发展的思想武器、推动我们社会主义现代化建设的步伐力三个方面。

This part explains in detail the theoretical basis of the formation of Jiang Zemin's thought of young cadres, including Marxism, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping's exposition on young cadres also reveals its realistic basis, including the practice of training young cadres since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially since the reform and opening up.
