【摘要】：古往今来，农业是安天下、稳民心、关系国计民生的战略产业。中国作为一个发展中的农业大国，其农业现代化问题始终占有举足轻重的地位。回顾中国共产党领导中国农业现代化建设的实践轨迹，期间不仅包括因走过的弯路导致的失误教训，也蕴含因成功的基本经验带来的丰硕成果。因此中国农业现代化建设经历了一个从初步发展，到经受挫折，再到全面繁荣的曲折历程。目前处于社会主义初级阶段的中国，其主要矛盾是人民群众日益增长的物质文化需求同落后的社会生产力之间的矛盾。中国共产党代表中国先进农业生产力的发展要求，代表中国最广大农民的根本利益。立足于中国农情国情，早在20世纪50年代，中国共产党就提出了关于农业现代化的问题。经过党中央历代领导集体的艰辛探索，中国共产党成功开辟了一条具有中国特色的农业现代化的发展道路，为中华民族的伟大复兴奠定了坚实的基础，并形成了一系列具有中国特色的农业现代化理论，沉淀了大量的宝贵经验。农业、农村、农民问题关系党和国家事业发展全局，只有坚持农业的基础地位，坚持走中国特色农业现代化道路，才能促进我国农业经济协调可持续发展，为全面构建和谐新农村创造必要的条件。这篇文章主要分为三大版块。首先阐述选题缘由、分析相关概念和理论，研究概况以及研究思路和方法。其次主要从奠定基础、以人为本、可持续发展、与时俱进以及统筹兼顾等五个不同角度，分别集中论述坚持为实现农业现代化建设扎实根基，坚持使农民成为农业现代化的实践主体和利益主体，坚持科教兴农战略，坚持农业产业化、信息化，促进农业国际化，坚持协调好农业现代化与工业化、城镇化之间的关系等五个具有代表性的典型的中国共产党领导农业现代化建设的基本经验。最后是结语和参考文献部分。层次分明，逻辑合理。这些积累的理论成果和宝贵经验充分证明,走中国特色农业现代化道路是马克思主义基本原理同我国具体实际相结合的必然结果，是中国人民在中国特色社会主义理论体系的指导下作出的正确选择，在当前及以后的农业现代化实践中，将发挥积极的指导和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:From ancient to present, agriculture is a strategic industry that is stable in the world, stable in the hearts of the people and related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. China, as a developing agricultural country, The issue of agricultural modernization has always played an important role. Reviewing the practical track of the Communist Party of China's leadership in the construction of agricultural modernization in China, it not only includes the mistakes and lessons caused by the detours that have been taken, Therefore, China's agricultural modernization has experienced a tortuous course from initial development to setbacks, and then to full prosperity. At present, China is in the primary stage of socialism, its main contradiction is the contradiction between the increasing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social productive forces. The CPC represents the development requirements of China's advanced agricultural productive forces. Representing the fundamental interests of the vast majority of peasants in China. Based on the national conditions of China's agricultural situation, as early as 1950s, the Communist Party of China raised the issue of agricultural modernization. The Communist Party of China successfully opened up a road for the development of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, laid a solid foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and formed a series of agricultural modernization theories with Chinese characteristics. A great deal of valuable experience has been accumulated. The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are related to the overall situation of the development of the Party and the state. Only by adhering to the basic position of agriculture and adhering to the road of modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics can we promote the coordinated and sustainable development of our agricultural economy. This article is mainly divided into three sections. Firstly, it explains the reason of selecting the topic, analyzes the related concepts and theories, the general situation of the research and the research ideas and methods. Secondly, it lays the foundation. From five different angles, such as people-oriented, sustainable development, keeping pace with the times and taking into account all aspects, respectively, the paper focuses on insisting on making farmers become the main body of practice and interests of agricultural modernization in order to realize the solid foundation of the construction of agricultural modernization. Adhere to the strategy of rejuvenating agriculture through science and education, adhere to the industrialization of agriculture, informationization, promote the internationalization of agriculture, and persist in coordinating agricultural modernization and industrialization, The relationship between urbanization and other representative basic experiences of the Communist Party of China in leading the modernization of agriculture. Finally, the conclusion and references. Logic is reasonable. These accumulated theoretical achievements and valuable experience fully prove that taking the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable result of combining the basic principles of Marxism with the concrete reality of our country. It is a correct choice made by the Chinese people under the guidance of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It will play an active guiding and referential role in the practice of agricultural modernization at present and in the future.
