江泽民论知识分子的地位与作用

【摘要】：中国共产党九十多年的实践证明,知识分子问题事关社会主义建设事业的兴衰成败。以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体总结了党在知识分子工作上正反两方面的经验以及结合时代发展的特点坚定的指出“知识分子是工人阶级掌握科学文化知识较多的一部分,是先进生产力的开拓者,在改革开放和现代化建设中有着特殊重要的作用” 江泽民对知识分子在中国特色社会主义建设中地位和作用的论述主要表现在三个方面：首先从知识分子是先进生产力的开拓者,人才资源是第一资源两个方面来强调知识分子是物质文明建设的主力军,是推动生产力发展和和社会进步的重要力量；其次知识分子在思想道德建设、发展科技事业以及创造和弘扬先进文化上负有重要责任,是精神文明建设的骨干力量。再次政治文明建设方面,知识分子在推进政治决策民主化和科学化以及提高全民族的社会主义民主意识上起着生力军的作用。在经济全球化和世界多极化趋势的推动下,科学技术日新月异,未来的世界必将会是知识和人才的竞争。江泽民对知识分子地位和作用的重视要求我们在新的历史时期继续走“科教兴国”和“人才强国”之路,为全面建成小康社会提供广泛的智力支撑和人才保证。知识分子作为全面建成小康社会的关键环节要牢记历史使命努力提高自身的各项素质,走与实践、工农相结合的正确的成长道路,成为全面建成小康社会的中坚力量。在新的历史时期,我们一定要继续秉承党的“四个尊重”的知识分子政策,引导好知识分子在中国特色社会主义建设中的积极性、主动性和创造性地发挥,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。

Once again, the construction of political civilization, intellectuals play a role in promoting the political force of democratic and scientific decision-making and improve the socialist democratic consciousness of the whole nation. In the promotion of economic globalization and the world the trend of polarization, science and technology change rapidly, the future world will be knowledge and The competition of talents. Jiang Zemin's importance and role of the intellectuals requires us to take the "technology and education" and "talent" in the new historical period of the road, for building a well-off society with a wide range of intellectual support and talent guarantee. As intellectuals fully completed the key link of well-off society to keep in mind the historical mission to improve the quality of the go and practice, the combination of workers and peasants the right path of growth, become the backbone of building a moderately prosperous society.
