【摘要】：“文化之盛衰,民族之兴亡系之”。在国家安全体系中,文化安全的地位是绝对不能忽视的,它对于一个民族生存和发展影响甚大,发挥着经济安全、政治安全和军事安全所无法替代的功能,具有最深层的意义。文化安全是指主体的文化生存和发展不受威胁的客观状态,包含着意识形态安全、民族文化安全和文化发展安全三个主要内容。作为无产阶级革命导师的列宁同志,在领导俄国革命和建设的过程中,对维护文化安全有着积极有益的思考与探索。分析和探究列宁文化安全思想,并对其进行系统的归纳和梳理,对当前维护我国文化安全,无疑具有非常重要的意义。本文从历史、理论与现实三维角度分析问题,构思全文。全文共分四个部分：第一部分引言,主要对本文的研究的一些前提性问题进行阐述,奠定理论分析的基础。第二部分侧重于历史分析的角度,探讨列宁文化安全思想形成的理论渊源、现实背景、主观条件以及发展脉络,这部分的内容构成第一章。第三部分,侧重于理论分析的角度,从文化安全包含的三个主要内容入手,归纳和探究列宁文化安全思想的逻辑结构,梳理出列宁文化安全思想的主要内容。这部分内容构成第二到四章。第四部分,侧重于中国文化安全的现实,对照苏俄文化安全的历史经验,从而推导出列宁文化安全思想的理论与现实意义。这部分内容构成全文的第五章。文章最后一部分是结语,对全文进行总结,并指出进一步研究的学术空间。本文第一章论述列宁文化安全思想的形成与发展。马克思恩格斯的文化安全思想和俄国民主主义者的相关思想构成了列宁文化安全思想形成的理论渊源。列宁文化安全思想是应对问题而生发的,帝国主义时期俄国思想领域的变化,尤其是无产阶级意识形态安全面临的挑战以及俄国固有的落后文化因素存在的现实,构成了列宁文化安全思想形成的现实背景。列宁自身强烈的文化忧患意识是列宁文化安全思想形成的主观条件。考察列宁的文化安全思想的演绎逻辑,必须要结合列宁所从事的实践活动以及当时的社会环境。以十月革命、苏维埃政权的建立与巩固、新经济政策的实施三个重要事件为时间节点,可以将列宁文化安全思想可以分为萌芽、形成和深化三个阶段。第二章论述列宁关于维护意识形态安全的思想。列宁认为要巩固马克思主义的指导地位,确保无产阶级意识形态安全,必须确立意识形态安全的领导核心,构建意识形态安全的教育屏障,捍卫意识形态的学术阵地。第三章论述列宁关于维护民族文化安全的思想。列宁深入地思考了弱势民族的文化安全的问题,认为要反对文化上的民族沙文主义,保持各民族文化的特性；反对割裂文化传统,传承优秀的民族文化；反对狭隘的文化保守主义,主张文化的对话与交流,最终推动民族文化的发展,使民族文化生生不息。第四章论述列宁关于维护文化健康发展的思想。列宁认识到要确保苏维埃文化健康发展,必须避免文化发展出现的“急躁冒进”,必须避免文化发展出现僵化停滞,必须避免落后的文化因素复活并且蔓延,“征服”社会主义新文化。第五章论述列宁文化安全思想的理论价值及其当代启示。列宁在回应文化安全威胁的过程中,提出了很多新观念和新论断,极大地丰富和发展了马克思主义文化理论,将马克思主义文化理论提升到了新境界。同时,列宁在处理文化安全问题过程中形成的思路和举措,对于深化我们当前的理论认识,推进文化安全实践工作具有的重要的方法论意义。在列宁文化安全思想的指导下,苏俄在文化方面“做出了奇迹”,有效地应对了文化安全的内外挑战,维护了苏俄的文化安全。随着全球化进程的加快,以及我国改革开放的不断深入,文化安全的隐患和威胁增多,维护文化安全越来越迫切。面对当今日益复杂的文化安全环境,我们须要全面科学地把握列宁文化安全思想,防止实践中出现放大某一部分,忽视某一部分的状况出现,切实维护我国文化安全。
