实质正义与程序正义关系视角下的毛泽东制度思想

【摘要】：毛泽东关于制度构建的思想极富价值,但对这一思想的认识也存在不少误区。从实质正义与程序正义的关系视角有助于加深对毛泽东制度思想的理解。人民主体构成了毛泽东制度思想的实质正义内容,为制度的发展提供了方向;群众路线则为实质正义的实现提供了程序正义的有效保障,同时也提升了制度运行的效能。人民主体的实质正义与群众路线的程序正义的统一,使毛泽东的制度思想产生了持久的生命力。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thoughts on system building are of great value. However, there are many misunderstandings in understanding this idea. From the angle of view of the relationship between substantive justice and procedural justice, it is helpful to deepen the understanding of Mao Zedong's institutional thought. It provides the direction for the development of the system, the mass line provides the effective guarantee of the procedural justice for the realization of the substantive justice, and at the same time, it also promotes the efficiency of the operation of the system, the unity of the substantive justice of the people's subject and the procedural justice of the mass line, Make Mao Zedong's system thought produced lasting vitality.
