重新解读《巴黎手稿》中的“美的规律”及其思想

【摘要】：《巴黎手稿》是马克思早期的一部重要著作，，它虽然不是一部美学著作，但却包含着大量的美学思想，“美的规律”就是其中的重要论断之一。我国学者陆梅林认为“美的规律”是构筑马克思主义美学大厦的重要理论基石。从二十世纪五六十年代起，我国学者围绕“美的规律”进行了长久的争论，到二十一世纪初已经取得了显著的研究成果。为了进一步认识和理解“美的规律”，本文在借鉴学者们的研究成果的同时，结合《巴黎手稿》中“美的规律”一段话的德文原文和2009年人民出版社出版的《马克思恩格斯文集》中的译文对“美的规律”做了重新解读。解读的内容包括三个方面：一、分析比较关于“美的规律”的德文原文和各种汉语译文。二、重新解释两种“尺度”、“美的规律”的含义和适用范围。三、对马克思之前的美学家所提出的“美的规律”的相关思想与马克思的“美的规律”进行了比较研究。通过以上三个方面的解读，本文认为两种“尺度”分别是人的尺度和动物的尺度，人的尺度是理性，主要指价值理性，而动物的尺度是它的本能自身；马克思的“美的规律”指的是美的产品的生产规律，这一规律在人类社会中的适用范围是非常广泛的；与以往的美学家所提出的“美的规律”的相关思想相比马克思的“美的规律”具有一种崇高的品格。
[Abstract]:The Paris manuscript is an important early work of Marx, although it is not an aesthetic work. However, it contains a large number of aesthetic thoughts, of which "the law of beauty" is one of the important arguments. Lu Meilin, a Chinese scholar, believes that "the law of beauty" is an important theoretical foundation for building the edifice of Marxist aesthetics. Since 20th century, the "law of beauty" has been one of the important theoretical foundations of the edifice of Marxism aesthetics. Chinese scholars have long debated "the law of beauty", and by the beginning of 21th century, they have achieved remarkable research results. In order to further understand and understand the "law of beauty", this paper draws on the research results of scholars at the same time. Combined with the original text of "the Law of Beauty" in Paris manuscripts and the translation of the works of Marx and Engels published by the people's Publishing House in 2009, this paper reinterprets the Law of Beauty. The interpretation includes three aspects: first, This paper analyzes and compares the original text of "the Law of Beauty" and various Chinese translations. Secondly, it reinterprets the meaning and scope of application of the two kinds of "yardstick" and "law of beauty". This paper makes a comparative study of the related thought of "the law of beauty" put forward by the aestheticists before Marx and Marx's "the law of beauty". This paper holds that the two "scales" are human and animal respectively, the human scale is rationality, mainly refers to value rationality, and the scale of animal is its instinct itself, Marx's "law of beauty" refers to the law of production of beautiful products. The application of this law in human society is very extensive, and compared with the related thought of "the law of beauty" put forward by the estheticians in the past, the law of beauty of Marx has a kind of lofty character.
