【摘要】：正行业特色高校主要指1949年以后由行业部门创办或主管的具有鲜明行业特色的高等学校。在世纪之交高教管理体制改革中,绝大多数行业高校划入教育部或省、区、市等为主管理,少数行业特色高校仍由国务院结构改革中保留的部委或调整后的"局"管理。历史上,行业特色高校为中国现代化做出过重大贡献,在高等教育中地位突出;现阶段,行业特色高校分化严重,一部分高校上升发展、顺利转型,一部分保持优势、拓展艰难,一部
[Abstract]:The colleges and universities with special characteristics of the trade mainly refer to those institutions with distinctive trade characteristics established or in charge by the trade departments after 1949. In the reform of the management system of higher education at the turn of the century, most of the professional colleges and universities are classified into the Ministry of Education or the provinces and districts. A few universities with special characteristics are still managed by the ministries and commissions retained in the structural reform of the State Council or the "bureau" after adjustment. In the history, the universities with the characteristics of industry have made great contributions to the modernization of China and have a prominent position in higher education. At the present stage, colleges and universities with special characteristics of the industry are seriously divided, some universities are rising and developing, some are undergoing smooth transformation, others are maintaining advantages, and it is difficult to expand.
