革命党向执政党转型再审视

【摘要】：改革开放以来中国共产党的建设和发展取得了可喜进步,同时面对全面从严治党的新形势、中国现代化转型的大背景和执政党建设的诸多困境,需要再审视如何彻底实现从"革命党"向"执政党"转型的基本问题。从阶级党与全民党、群众党与干部党、整合型政党与代表型政党这三个政治学维度,总结现代政党的运动规律,有助于深化对建设一个什么样的党和怎样建设党的认识,并探明具有时代特征的执政党建设和发展的具体路径。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the construction and development of the Communist Party of China have made gratifying progress. At the same time, in the face of the new situation of comprehensive and strict administration of the party, the background of China's modernization transformation and the difficulties of the construction of the ruling party, It is necessary to examine how to realize the transition from "revolutionary party" to "ruling party" thoroughly. From the three political dimensions of class party and the party of the whole people, the mass party and the cadre party, the integrated political party and the representative political party, it is necessary to examine how to realize the transition from "revolutionary party" to "ruling party" thoroughly. Summing up the movement law of the modern political party is helpful to deepen the understanding of what kind of party to build and how to build the party, and to find out the concrete path of the construction and development of the ruling party with the characteristics of the times.
