【摘要】：周恩来不仅是中国伟大的无产阶级革命家、政治家、理论家、军事家，更是新中国伟大的无产阶级外交家。建国后，他成为新中国和党第一代领导集体的重要成员，身兼国务院总理和外交部长职务，在我国的外交战线上进行了大量的、卓有成效的外事实践活动，为我国在国际社会中赢得了极高的国际地位和声望。其外交思想融合了中国传统文化，将马克思列宁的优秀外交思想与中国实际相结合，，是中国人民乃至全世界人民巨大的精神财富。周恩来外交思想中所包含的的正义、平等观念具有浓厚的伦理学蕴含。周恩来外交伦理思想是对其外交思想的进一步挖掘，通过对其外交思想的归纳与总结，寻找出符合国际正义，维护世界和平，促进共同发展的价值蕴含。周恩来独立自主的外交立场是建立在对自身和对他国伸张正义的基础之上的，这可以使得落后的新兴民族国家能够保证自身最基本的权利不受他国侵犯。而和平共处五项原则的提出则突显了中华民族的优秀传统文化，更是侧重了国家交往的平等基础，无论是对他国的尊重还是促进共同发展都彰显了周恩来外交伦理思想中平等的道德伦理因素。求同存异外交政策的提出与运用是周恩来通过吸收中华文化中“和而不同”这一思想而得来的，它使得国家间尤其是广大第三世界国家之间寻找到一个共同的价值实现方式。
[Abstract]:Zhou Enlai is not only China's great proletarian revolutionist, politician, theorist, strategist, but also a great proletarian diplomat of New China. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he became an important member of the new China and the party's first generation of leading collectives. In addition to the posts of Premier and Foreign Minister of the State Council, he has carried out a large number of fruitful practical foreign affairs activities on the diplomatic front of our country. It has won our country a very high international status and prestige in the international community. Its diplomatic thought combines Chinese traditional culture with Marxis-Lenin 's excellent diplomatic thought and China's reality. It is the great spiritual wealth of the Chinese people and even the people of the whole world. The justice contained in Zhou Enlai's diplomatic thought, the concept of equality has a strong ethical implication. Zhou Enlai's diplomatic ethics thought is a further excavation of his diplomatic thought. Through summing up and summing up his diplomatic thoughts, he found out that they are in line with international justice and maintain world peace. The value of promoting common development implies that Zhou Enlai's independent diplomatic stand is based on justice for himself and for other countries. This can enable the backward emerging nation-states to ensure that their most basic rights are not infringed upon by other countries. The five principles of peaceful coexistence highlight the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and emphasize the equal basis of national exchanges. Whether it is respect for other countries or promoting common development, it shows the moral and ethical factors of equality in Zhou Enlai's diplomatic ethics. The foreign policy of seeking common ground while reserving differences is put forward and applied by Zhou Enlai through absorbing Chinese culture. And the idea of "different" comes from, It enables countries, especially the vast third world countries, to find a common way to realize value.
