新媒体背景下马克思主义理论传播研究

【摘要】：当前,在以数字技术、网络技术为核心的信息技术的推动下,新媒体发展日新月异,急速改变着人类社会的信息生产和传播的方式和格局,并且以“无处不在”的态势迅速地渗透到了政治、经济、思想、文化等各个领域,成为当前社会的时代特征之一。马克思主义理论在传播中获得生命力,在传播中不断发展,同时马克思主义理论传播也是其实践性、中国化、时代化和大众化的本质要求。新媒体技术的诞生和发展为马克思主义理论传播带来新的挑战,同时也提供新的平台和渠道。新媒体包括网络媒体、移动新媒体等多种形式。新媒体基于数字技术的本质特征,使得新媒体相对于传统媒体具有得天独厚的优势,在传播过程中展现出了独有的特点,如传播过程的交互性和平等性,传播内容的海量性和即时性,传播形式的多样化和超文本性,传播主体的个性化和社群化以及传播语言的碎片化,并缔造了一个虚拟世界。新媒体的这些传播特性使传播格局由传统金字塔式的单向传播,转变为传播者与受众之间双向扁平的传播结构。在新的传播格局下,新媒体为马克思主义理论传播带来新的手段和渠道、有利于增强传播效果,网站、微博、微信等新媒体形态在马克思主义理论、党和国家的方针、政策及重大事件的传播方面占据了重要地位,也起到了较好效果。然而,新媒体背景下同时也面临着话语权转移、多元文化冲击、谣言滋生、意识形态安全及信息安全等问题冲击。利用新媒体传播马克思主义理论,充分发挥出新媒体在促进马克思主义理论传播中的独有优势,摒弃新媒体对社会的负面影响,必须把握良好的原则,做到建设与管理并举、引导和过滤相结合、一元与多样结合、教育和渗透相结合,同时注重参与和反馈,坚持好“三贴近”的原则。做好新媒体与传统媒体以及新媒体之间的资源整合,优化配置媒体资源,盘活存量,充分发挥协同作用;牢牢把握新媒体环境下的舆论方向,不断提高舆论引导水平,加强对于新媒体的依法管理、依法监督和调控,提高政府的公信力、权威性,同时倡导媒体新媒体行业自律、网民自律,发挥社会监督和道德约束功能,另外还要善于运用技术手段对有害信息进行监控,及早发现苗头,特别是对敌对势力的蓄意破坏和煽动做到快速响应;利用新媒体手段传播马克思主义理论还要特别重视信息安全,要确立国家信息安全战略,注重提升国民信息安全意识。以社会主义核心价值体系为指导、以社会主义先进文化为先导、以中国梦为牵引,加强马克思主义的主流新媒体建设,建设一支高素质的新媒体人才队伍,充分发挥新媒体传播马克思主义理论的主阵地作用。运用新媒体加强马克思主义理论传播是项系统工程,新媒体背景下,如何有效推进马克思主义理论传播,将会随着实践的发展而不断的深入,需要坚持不懈努力和持之以恒的探索。
[Abstract]:At present, driven by the information technology with digital technology and network technology as the core, the new media is developing with each passing day, rapidly changing the way and pattern of information production and dissemination in human society. And with the situation of "everywhere", it has rapidly penetrated into the fields of politics, economy, thought, culture and so on, and has become one of the characteristics of the present society. At the same time, the dissemination of Marxist theory is also the essential requirement of its practicality, localization, epoch and popularization. The birth and development of new media technology brings new challenges to the dissemination of Marxist theory. At the same time, it also provides new platforms and channels. New media include network media, mobile new media and other forms. New media, based on the essential characteristics of digital technology, makes new media have unique advantages over traditional media. In the process of communication, it shows unique characteristics, such as the interactivity and equality of the communication process, the mass and immediacy of the communication content, the diversity and hypertext of the communication forms. The individualization and communitalization of the communication subject and the fragmentation of the communication language create a virtual world. Under the new communication pattern, the new media brings new means and channels for the dissemination of Marxist theory, which is conducive to enhancing the communication effect, website, Weibo, WeChat and other new media forms have played an important role in the dissemination of Marxist theory, the principles, policies and major events of the Party and the country. However, in the context of new media, they are also facing the transfer of discourse power. Multiculturalism shock, rumor breeding, ideological security and information security, etc. Using the new media to spread Marxist theory, we can give full play to the unique advantages of new media in promoting the dissemination of Marxist theory. To get rid of the negative influence of new media on society, we must grasp the good principles, combine construction and management, guide and filter, unify with diversity, combine education with infiltration, and pay attention to participation and feedback. Adhere to the principle of "three closeness", do a good job in the integration of resources between new media, traditional media and new media, optimize the allocation of media resources, activate the stock of media, give full play to synergy, and firmly grasp the direction of public opinion in the new media environment, Constantly improve the level of public opinion guidance, strengthen the management of new media in accordance with the law, supervise and regulate according to law, improve the credibility and authority of the government, and advocate self-discipline of the media new media industry and self-discipline of netizens, To exert the function of social supervision and moral restraint, we should also be good at using technical means to monitor harmful information, so as to detect early signs, especially to respond quickly to the deliberate destruction and incitement of hostile forces; The dissemination of Marxist theory by means of new media should pay special attention to information security, establish the national information security strategy and enhance the national information security consciousness, and be guided by the socialist core value system. Guided by advanced socialist culture and led by Chinese Dream, we should strengthen the construction of the mainstream new media of Marxism and build a contingent of high-quality new media talents. It is a systematic project to use new media to strengthen the dissemination of Marxist theory. Under the background of new media, how to effectively promote the spread of Marxist theory, With the development of practice, we need unremitting efforts and persistent exploration.
