建国后至八大前毛泽东对“骄傲问题”的论述评析

【摘要】：“骄傲问题”是党员干部的思想作风问题。它包括轻敌思想、以功臣自居的思想、享乐思想、不求进取的思想和脱离群众的作风,核心是缺乏艰苦奋斗的革命精神。探索克服“骄傲问题”的解决路径有助于加强执政党建设、提高党员队伍的整体战斗力。本文从毛泽东的探索历程出发,论述了毛泽东探求这一问题的思想路径。论述的重点是建国后至八大前毛泽东申论“骄傲问题”的思想观点,并在此基础上,对这些思想观点加以评析,提出三点认识：一是“以史为鉴”是毛泽东提出“骄傲问题”的基本动因；二是毛泽东对“骄傲问题”的论述是中共党建理论的重要组成部分；三是忽视党的制度建设是毛泽东党建理论的主要缺陷。综观毛泽东在“骄傲问题”上的探索历程,不难发现,中共要根除“骄傲问题”,就必须在加强思想教育的同时,重视党的制度建设,统筹兼顾,着力推进马克思主义执政党建设。
[Abstract]:"Pride" is the thought style problem of Party members and cadres.
