【摘要】：市民社会理论是马克思主义的一个重要思想范畴，一直以来都是学术界讨论的热点。社会主义和谐社会是人类孜孜以求的一种美好社会。建设和谐社会、实现社会和谐，是人类社会发展的必然趋势。构建和谐社会是科学发展观的核心内容，体现了广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望。马克思市民社会理论为社会主义和谐社会建设提供理论指导，对当前我国发展社会主义市场经济以及完善社会主义市场经济体制具有重大的现实意义。本文以马克思主义市民社会理论的基本原理为指导，认真系统地梳理、分析马克思市民社会理论产生的思想渊源和发展，介绍了马克思市民社会理论的基本内容及特征，从而分析了马克思市民社会理论对中国特色市民社会及和谐社会构建的当代意义。全文共分为四个部分：第一章为绪论，介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的与意义、国内外研究综述、以及研究思路与框架等；第二章介绍了古典市民社会理论、近代社会契约论和自由主义思想家的市民社会理论、黑格尔市民社会理论等马克思市民社会理论产生的思想渊源，并从法哲学批判、政治批判和政治经济学批判等角度阐述了马克思市民社会理论的形成和发展；第三章分析了马克思市民社会理论的基本内容和基本特征；在此基础上，第四章提出了马克思市民社会理论的当代意义—市民社会是构筑我国社会主义市场经济的社会基础、市民社会是构筑社会主义民主政治的社会基础、市民社会是关键社会主义和谐社会的内在基础。
[Abstract]:The theory of civil society is an important ideological category of Marxism and has always been a hot topic in academic circles. Building a harmonious society is the core content of the scientific development view. Marx's theory of civil society provides theoretical guidance for the construction of a harmonious socialist society. It is of great practical significance to develop the socialist market economy and perfect the socialist market economy system in our country. This paper, guided by the basic principles of Marxist civil society theory, carefully and systematically combs, This paper analyzes the ideological origin and development of Marx's civil society theory, and introduces the basic contents and characteristics of Marx's civil society theory. Then it analyzes the contemporary significance of Marx's civil society theory to the construction of civil society with Chinese characteristics and harmonious society. The paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research review, as well as the research ideas and framework; the second chapter introduces the classical civil society theory. The ideological origin of Marx's civil society theory, such as modern social contract theory and liberalism thinkers' civil society theory, Hegel's civil society theory, and so on, are criticized from the philosophy of law. The formation and development of Marx's civil society theory are expounded from the angles of political criticism and political economic criticism. The third chapter analyzes the basic contents and characteristics of Marx's civil society theory. Chapter 4th puts forward the contemporary significance of Marx's theory of civil society-civil society is the social foundation of constructing socialist market economy and civil society is the social foundation of constructing socialist democratic politics. Civil society is the inner foundation of the key socialist harmonious society.
