【摘要】：中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会明确提出“加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设”的战略任务,标志着我们的社会建设事业发展到了新阶段。实现和谐发展的社会建设目标,是我们孜孜以求的理想。我们长期立志于对建设经验的科学总结,以便更好的为现今社会发展服务。邓小平同志作为党的第二代领导核心,在领导中国革命和建设的历程中,提出了具体而富有成效的社会建设思想,这对我们当前的社会建设发展具有重要的指导意义。邓小平社会建设思想是指以邓小平为核心的中国共产党领导集体关于社会建设方面的思考和探索。邓小平社会建设思想,从思想基础来说,是马克思、恩格斯、列宁、毛泽东关于社会主义革命和建设理论的继承和发展；从实践经验来说,是毛泽东建设经验的直接继承,同时也是对苏联社会主义建设经验的批判和借鉴；从实践基础来说,根源于社会主义改造和社会主义建设初期人民群众的社会实践。落后的生产力基础以及社会发展的低水平,构成了邓小平社会建设思想特定的社会历史条件。邓小平的社会建设思想,符合当时的社会发展现实,既有广泛性又有针对性,是具有鲜明中国特色的社会建设理论。邓小平的社会建设思想是理论与实践的统一,是包括宏观层次、中观层次和微观层次的统一而完整的体系。宏观层次是关于社会建设的基本方针,即调动一切积极因素,正确处理人民内部矛盾,统筹兼顾、适当安排,发展经济保障供给。中观层次是关于社会建设的具体政策,包括弄清社会主义的本质、搞好社会稳定、依靠人民群众,并注重公平和民主法制建设等。微观层次是邓小平根据社会建设政策而从事的基本实践得到的基本经验。邓小平的社会建设思想始终能够把人们的利益放在第一位,从群众切实关心的问题解决出发,能够利用有限的资源推动社会建设事业发展,社会建设和谐统一。邓小平的社会建设思想及其实践,不仅奠定了当今社会发展的基础,奠定了现时社会建设的物质和思想基础,而且为构建社会主义和谐社会指明了方向。
[Abstract]:The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly put forward the strategic task of "speeding up the construction of a society focused on improving the people's livelihood." Marks the development of our social construction to a new stage. To achieve the goal of harmonious development of society, is our dream. We have long been determined to build a scientific summary of experience. In order to better serve the development of today's society, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, as the second generation of the Party's leading core, put forward concrete and fruitful thoughts on social construction in the course of leading the Chinese revolution and construction. This is of great significance to our current social construction and development. Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on social construction refer to the thinking and exploration of the collective leadership of the Communist Party of China on social construction, which is centered on Deng Xiaoping. In terms of ideological basis, Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on social construction are Marx, Engels, Lenin, Mao Zedong's inheritance and development of the theory of socialist revolution and construction; from the perspective of practical experience, it is a direct inheritance of Mao Zedong's construction experience, and also a criticism and reference to the Soviet Union's experience in socialist construction; from the perspective of practical basis, Rooted in the social practice of the masses in the early stages of socialist transformation and socialist construction, the backward basis of productive forces and the low level of social development, The social construction thought of Deng Xiaoping accords with the reality of social development at that time, it is extensive and targeted, and it is the theory of social construction with distinct Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping's idea of social construction is the unity of theory and practice, and it is a unified and complete system that includes the macro level, the meso level and the micro level. The macro level is the basic policy on social construction, that is, to mobilize all positive factors. Correctly handling contradictions among the people, making overall plans, properly arranging and developing the supply of economic security. The meso-level is the specific policy on social construction, including clarifying the essence of socialism, improving social stability, and relying on the masses of the people. And pay attention to the construction of fairness and democracy and the legal system. The micro level is the basic experience gained by Deng Xiaoping's basic practice in accordance with the social construction policy. Deng Xiaoping's social construction thought can always put people's interests first. Starting from solving the problems concerned by the masses, we can use limited resources to promote the development of social construction, and social construction is harmonious and unified. Deng Xiaoping's thought of social construction and its practice not only laid the foundation of the social development, but also laid the material and ideological foundation of the present social construction, and pointed out the direction for the construction of the socialist harmonious society.
