理论逻辑与问题意识:马克思的国家观革命

【摘要】：黑格尔在批判地继承了契约主义与古典经济学思想的基础上,认为只有代表特殊利益的市民社会上升为代表普遍利益的政治国家才能克服市民社会与政治国家之间的矛盾。早期马克思停留在市民社会与政治国家二元分离的语境中,并借用费尔巴哈的思想提出了对黑格尔方案的批判,但仍没有找到解决市民社会与政治国家分裂的现实道路。新唯物主义的历史观所揭示的"政治国家复归于社会"的思想从根本上解决了市民社会与政治国家分裂的难题,实现了国家观的革命。
[Abstract]:Hegel critically inherited the ideas of contractualism and classical economics. Only when the civil society representing special interests rises to a political state representing general interests can the contradiction between civil society and political state be overcome. Early Marx stayed in the context of dual separation between civil society and political state. And borrow Feuerbach's thought to put forward the critique to Hegel's scheme, However, there is still no realistic way to solve the division between the civil society and the political state. The idea of "the return of the political state to the society" revealed by the new materialist view of history has fundamentally solved the difficult problem of the division between the civil society and the political state. The revolution of the concept of state was realized.
