【摘要】：改革开放以来,市场化进程中经济发展带来翻天覆地的变化,社会主义意识形态发展不断向前推进。梳理中国共产党领导意识形态建设的基本经验的发展历程,我们不难发现,社会主义政治、经济、文化等方面的发展离不开几代领导集体智慧的结晶,他们既实现了对社会主义意识形态建设思想的继承,又在坚持实事求是中完成了超越。总结其建设的基本规律可以看出,社会主义意识形态建设正是在坚持马克思主义基本原理同推进马克思主义中国化结合起来,坚持继承与创新相结合,遵循以人为本原则,遵循理论、机制和方法论的全面发展的基础上不断创新,向前推进。此外,中国共产党在社会主义发展的不同时期还重视党内意识形态建设,始终强调党内意识形态建设的重要性,并且转化为实际行动强化党对意识形态建设的能力,而这也保障了社会主义意识形态建设的坚强领导。任何事业的发展不可能是一帆风顺的,社会主义意识形态建设也不例外。我们可以看到,通过改革开放几十年的努力,马克思主义指导地位在社会主义建设中的指导地位不断巩固,中国共产党执政地位得以强化,意识形态建设模式在继承和创新中不断推进,社会主义精神文明取得了丰硕的成果。但是我们更要注意,随着改革开放进程的日益深化,经济全球化、网络信息化、社会转型和党内部问题加剧了意识形态的问题。社会主义意识形态建设就必须在中国共产党的领导下必须不断加强意识形态理论建设,强化马克思主义指导地位,坚持与时俱进;同时要切实践行以“中国梦”、民族精神、传统文化为基点的社会主义核心价值观;再次,创新手段维护意识形态安全,既强调意识形态的广泛传播,又重视技术支撑,保证网络意识形态主阵地的安全;最后,强化党内意识形态管理,巩固党在社会主义意识形态建设中的领导地位。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, economic development in the process of marketization has brought about earth-shaking changes, and the development of socialist ideology has continued to move forward. It is not difficult to find out by combing the development process of the basic experience in the construction of the leading ideology of the Communist Party of China. The development of socialist politics, economy and culture can not be separated from the crystallization of the wisdom of several generations of collective leaders. After summing up the basic laws of its construction, it can be seen that the construction of socialist ideology is combining the basic principles of Marxism with the promotion of the Sinicization of Marxism. Adhere to the combination of inheritance and innovation, follow the principle of people-oriented, follow the overall development of theory, mechanism and methodology on the basis of continuous innovation and push forward. The Communist Party of China has also attached importance to the ideological construction within the Party during different periods of socialist development, and has always emphasized the importance of the ideological construction within the Party, and has translated it into practical actions to strengthen the Party's ability to build up the ideology. This also guarantees a strong leadership in the construction of socialist ideology. The development of any cause cannot be smooth sailing, and the construction of socialist ideology is no exception. We can see that through the efforts of decades of reform and opening up, The guiding position of Marxism in socialist construction is constantly consolidated, the ruling position of the Communist Party of China has been strengthened, and the mode of ideological construction has been continuously promoted in succession and innovation. The socialist spiritual civilization has achieved fruitful results. But we must pay more attention to the fact that with the deepening of the reform and opening up process, economic globalization, network informatization, Social transformation and internal problems of the Party have aggravated the ideological problems. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the construction of socialist ideology must constantly strengthen the ideological theory construction and strengthen the guiding position of Marxism. Insist on keeping pace with the times; at the same time, earnestly practice the socialist core values based on "Chinese Dream", national spirit and traditional culture; thirdly, innovative means to safeguard ideological security, both emphasizing the widespread dissemination of ideology, It also pays attention to the technical support to ensure the safety of the main position of the network ideology, and finally, strengthens the ideological management within the Party and consolidates the leading position of the Party in the construction of the socialist ideology.
