新时期中国共产党的执政能力建设研究

【摘要】：摘要：在新的历史时期,国内外社会都发生了重大的变化,这对中国共产党的执政能力建设提出了新的要求。为了适应这一要求,我们需要采用新的方式和举措来解决执政中存在的问题,不断推进党的执政能力建设。首先,借鉴了马克思主义经典作家对党的执政能力建设的论断,阐述新时期中国共产党的执政能力建设思想的理论基础,指出新时期执政能力建设的理论基础既有继承前人的地方,同时也包含新近的创见。其次,分析新时期中国共产党的执政能力建设的科学内涵,比较完整地论述了新时期执政能力建设的内涵、特征、目标和地位。再次,分析了国际环境、国内环境的新变化,凸显出新时期加强党的执政能力建设的重要性。最后,详细分析了新时期执政能力建设中存在的主要问题,并且针对这些主要问题提出了解决问题的具体途径。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in the new historical period, great changes have taken place in the society both at home and abroad, which has put forward new requirements for the construction of the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China. We need to adopt new ways and measures to solve the problems existing in the ruling and constantly promote the Party's ruling ability. First of all, it draws lessons from the Marxist classic writers' theory on the construction of the Party's ruling ability, and expounds the theoretical basis of the CPC's ruling ability construction thought in the new period. It is pointed out that the theoretical basis of the construction of ruling ability in the new period not only inherits the place of predecessors, but also contains new ideas. Secondly, the scientific connotation of the construction of the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China in the new period is analyzed, and the connotation, characteristics, objectives and status of the construction of the ruling ability in the new period are discussed in a more complete way. Thirdly, it analyzes the new changes of international and domestic environment, and highlights the importance of strengthening the Party's ruling ability in the new period. Finally, the paper analyzes the main problems in the construction of ruling capacity in the new period, and puts forward some concrete ways to solve these problems.
