【摘要】：马克思主义的产生是人类思想史上的伟大革命。马克思主义的产生过程，是同马克思、恩格斯积极参加社会实践和深入进行科学研究分不开的，是同他们不断破除旧思想的束缚，不断追求理论创新分不开的。随着社会的发展马克思主义也在不断的丰富和发展，党的十六大以来，党中央高举邓小平理论和“三个代表”伟大旗帜，认真贯彻落实党的十六大和十六届三中、四中、五中全会精神，坚持立党为公、执政为民，求真务实、锐意进取，在大力推进党的政治建设、经济建设、文化建设、社会建设的同时，推进党的理论创新，，为党和人民的发展提供理论指导和思想保证。胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中指出，在新的发展阶段要继续建设小康社会、发展具有中国特色的社会主义，这就要继续坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”为指导，认真贯彻和落实科学发展观。科学发展观，是党从新世纪新阶段我们党和国家事业发展的全局出发提出的战略思想，是我们推动社会经济发展、加快社会主义建设必须长期坚持的指导思想。科学发展观坚持历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义的基本立场和基本观点，其重点是丰富发展的内涵、开拓新的发展思路与发展观点、破解发展过程中的难题，在发展道路、发展模式、发展目的和发展要求等方面提出一系列新观点，极大地丰富和发展了马克思主义关于发展的理论。科学发展观是与时俱进的马克思主义发展观，是对马克思主义的继承和发展。
[Abstract]:The emergence of Marxism is a great revolution in the history of human thought. The process of the emergence of Marxism is inseparable from the active participation of Marx and Engels in social practice and in-depth scientific research. It is inseparable from the fact that they constantly break the shackles of old ideas and constantly pursue theoretical innovations. With the development of society, Marxism is also constantly enriching and developing. Since the 16th National Congress of the Party, The Party Central Committee holds high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping's theory and the "three represents," conscientiously implements the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Party and the third, fourth and Fifth Plenary sessions of the 16 CPC Central Committee, adheres to the principle of building the party for the common good, taking power for the people, seeking truth, being pragmatic, and making progress. While vigorously promoting the party's political, economic, cultural and social construction, we should promote the party's theoretical innovation and provide theoretical guidance and ideological guarantees for the development of the party and the people. Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Party, In order to continue to build a well-off society and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new stage of development, we should continue to adhere to Deng Xiaoping's theory and "three represents" as the guidance, and conscientiously carry out and implement the scientific concept of development.
