马克思主义与自由主义在制度异化思想上的异同

【摘要】：马克思主义与自由主义都蕴含着制度异化思想。前者主要批判经济制度异化及其引发的政治制度异化与法律制度异化,后者主要批判政治制度异化及其引发的法律制度异化与文化制度异化。双方虽然在制度异化思想的某些方面存在分歧,但都认为经济制度异化与政治制度异化之间有着紧密的关联,并且都强调通过防止与消除制度异化进而建构正义与理性的制度以实现自由。通过分析二者制度异化思想上的异同,可以得出一个这样的结论:一种社会实践偏离甚至违背其理论目标的主要原因是制度异化。
[Abstract]:Both Marxism and liberalism contain the thought of institutional alienation, the former mainly criticizes the alienation of economic system and the alienation of political system and legal system. The latter mainly criticizes the alienation of the political system, the alienation of the legal system and the alienation of the cultural system. But they all think that there is a close relationship between economic institutional alienation and political institutional alienation. And they both emphasize the realization of freedom by preventing and eliminating institutional alienation and then constructing a just and rational system, and by analyzing the similarities and differences of their ideas of institutional alienation, A conclusion can be drawn that the main reason that a social practice deviates from or even violates its theoretical goal is institutional alienation.
