建国以来中国共产党人才思想的轨迹

【摘要】：建国以来,中国共产党的人才思想发生了很大的变化:从尊重人才到实施人才优先的人才强国战略,对人才重要作用的认识实现飞跃;从把干部和知识分子视作人才到"人人可以成才",大大丰富了对人才内涵的理解;从注重个人的培养到实施科教兴国战略、优化人才培养的环境,深化了人才培养的理念;由"党管干部"到"党管人才",实现了人才管理方式的与时俱进。中国共产党人才思想的轨迹,反映了党对我国人才工作基本规律和人才成长培养规律认识的深化,推动了人才工作的不断进步。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, great changes have taken place in the thinking of talents of the Communist Party of China: from respecting talents to implementing the strategy of strengthening the country by talents first, the understanding of the important role of talents has been realized by leaps and bounds; From regarding cadres and intellectuals as talents to "everyone can become talents", it greatly enriches the understanding of the connotation of talents, from paying attention to the cultivation of individuals to the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, optimizing the environment for the cultivation of talents, and deepening the concept of talent training. From "cadres in charge of the Party" to "the talents in charge of the Party", the way of talent management has been realized with the times. The track of the thought of talents of the Communist Party of China reflects the deepening of the Party's understanding of the basic law of talent work and the law of the growth and cultivation of talents in our country. Promote the continuous progress of talent work.
