毛泽东邓小平统筹兼顾思想比较研究

【摘要】：统筹兼顾是我们党在长期社会主义实践中形成的重要历史经验，是我们处理各方面矛盾和问题必须坚持的重大战略方针，也是我们一贯坚持的科学有效的工作方法。中国共产党高度重视这一问题，形成了较为完整的社会主义建设统筹兼顾思想。文章首先分析了统筹兼顾的含义和马克思主义统筹兼顾理论的相关内容。进而分析了毛泽东和邓小平统筹兼顾思想的历史背景、内容和主要特点，，并对两人的统筹兼顾思想进行了比较研究。毛泽东、邓小平在处理社会发展、布局经济建设全局、继承和创新方面具有同一性。邓小平继承并发展了毛泽东的统筹兼顾思想，具体表现在要求经济、政治、文化等全面建设、全面发展；改革、发展、稳定三者相统一；坚持速度、比例和效益相统一；效率优先，兼顾公平；两手抓，两手都要硬；先富带动后富，共同富裕。最后，论文分析了比较研究毛泽东、邓小平统筹兼顾思想的启示，指出了统筹兼顾是当前我国国情下必须长期坚持的战略方针；统筹兼顾是社会主义经济建设的根本方法；统筹兼顾是提高党的执政能力和领导水平的迫切需要；统筹兼顾是贯彻落实科学发展观的根本要求。
[Abstract]:Overall consideration is an important historical experience formed by our party in long-term socialist practice and a major strategic policy that we must adhere to in dealing with contradictions and problems in all fields. It is also a scientific and effective working method that we have always adhered to. The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to this issue and has formed a relatively complete idea of overall consideration for socialist construction. The article first analyzes the meaning of overall consideration and the relevant contents of Marxist theory of overall consideration. Then it analyzes the historical background, content and main characteristics of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thought of overall consideration. Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping are identical in dealing with social development, overall layout of economic construction, inheritance and innovation. Deng Xiaoping inherits and develops Deng Xiaoping's overall thinking of integration and consideration. The concrete manifestation is that the economy, politics and culture should be built in an all-round way; the reform, development and stability should be unified; the speed, proportion and benefit should be unified; the efficiency should be given priority, and the fairness should be taken into account; Rich first and then rich, common prosperity. Finally, the paper analyzes the enlightenment of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thought of overall consideration, and points out that overall consideration is the strategic policy that must be adhered to for a long time under the current situation of our country, and that overall consideration is the fundamental method of socialist economic construction. Overall consideration is the urgent need to improve the Party's ruling ability and leadership level, and the overall consideration is the fundamental requirement of carrying out the scientific development view.
