【摘要】：正不同历史时期,党所面临的经济社会发展形势与任务不同,对党领导经济社会发展的能力和要求也在不断提升。特别是党的十八大以来,在经济发展进入新常态、深入贯彻落实习近平总书记提出的"四个全面"背景下,就全面提高党领导经济社会发展能力和水平进行研究,对更好适应经济社会发展新形势新任务新要求、提出全面提高党领导经济社会发展能力和水平的措施、确保我国经济社会发展各项目标任务顺利实现,具有重要意
[Abstract]:In different historical periods, the Party is faced with different situations and tasks of economic and social development, and the ability and requirements of the Party to lead economic and social development are also constantly being raised. In particular, since the 18 National Congress of the Party, economic development has entered a new normal. Carrying out in depth the "four comprehensive" background put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, conducting research on comprehensively improving the ability and level of the Party's leading economic and social development, and better adapting to the new situation and new tasks of economic and social development. It is of great significance to put forward measures to improve the ability and level of the Party's leading economic and social development in an all-round way to ensure the smooth realization of all the goals and tasks of our country's economic and social development.
