【摘要】：中国共产党在90多年的革命、建设和改革开放的历史进程中,一直重视坚持群众观点、贯彻群众路线、做好群众工作,这是中国共产党取得革命胜利、建设发展和改革开放成功的根本保证。在建设和发展中国特色社会主义、构建和谐社会的今天,如何能更好的坚持群众路线、推进群众工作、密切党群关系已成为关系党的执政前途和全面建成小康社会全局的重大理论和实践问题。本文坚持马克思主义的世界观和方法论,运用马克思主义唯物史观的基本原理和方法,以邓小平文本为出发点和根据,运用文献研究法、逻辑归纳法、历史与逻辑相统一的方法等,系统科学论述了邓小平群众观的理论体系。首先,从时代背景、理论渊源、实践基础、历史依据四个维度阐述了邓小平群众观的形成条件,梳理了邓小平群众观形成的历史脉络；其次,从群众动力、群众利益、群众意愿、群众标准等方面对邓小平群众观内容进行了新阐述,即发挥人民群众在革命和建设中的主体作用、一切以人民群众利益为最高准绳、尊重人民群众的意愿、尊重人民群众的首创精神、人民群众利益是判断是非的最高标准、以人民群众为本处理党群关系；再次,创新性地阐释了邓小平群众观的创造性、实践性、务实性、发展性的新特点。本文认为,邓小平群众观在当代具有重要的理论价值与实践价值。邓小平群众观是马克思主义群众观在中国的丰富和发展,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。邓小平群众观为中国共产党制定正确的路线、方针、政策提供了重要的理论依据,为改革开放和现代化建设提供了重要理论指导,为构建和谐社会提供了路线保证,为正确处理党群关系提供了思路和原则,为加强党的建设和改善党的领导提供了重要的理论保障。
[Abstract]:In the course of more than 90 years of revolution, construction and reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has always attached importance to upholding the views of the masses, carrying out the mass line, and doing a good job in mass work. The fundamental guarantee for the success of construction, development and reform and opening up. In today's era of building and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a harmonious society, how can we better adhere to the mass line and promote mass work? Close the relationship between the Party and the masses has become a major theoretical and practical problem related to the ruling future of the Party and the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper adheres to the Marxist world outlook and methodology, applies the basic principles and methods of Marxist historical materialism, takes Deng Xiaoping's text as the starting point and basis, applies the method of literature research and logical induction, This paper discusses the theoretical system of Deng Xiaoping's mass view systematically and scientifically. First of all, it expounds the forming conditions of Deng Xiaoping's mass view from four dimensions: the background of the times, the origin of theory, the basis of practice, and the historical basis. It combs the historical context of Deng Xiaoping's view of the masses; secondly, it expounds the content of the concept of the masses of Deng Xiaoping from the aspects of mass motivation, interests, will and standards of the masses. That is, to give play to the main role of the masses in the revolution and construction, to take the interests of the people as the highest criterion, to respect the wishes of the masses and to respect the pioneering spirit of the masses, and the interests of the people are the highest standards for judging right and wrong. Taking the masses as the basis to deal with the relationship between the Party and the masses, this paper innovatively explains the new characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's view of the masses, such as creativity, practicality, practicality and development. This paper holds that Deng Xiaoping's view of mass has important theoretical and practical value in contemporary times. The mass view of Deng Xiaoping is the enrichment and development of Marxist view of mass in China. Deng Xiaoping's mass view provides an important theoretical basis for the Communist Party of China to formulate a correct line, guidelines, and policies. It provides important theoretical guidance for reform and opening up and modernization construction, provides the route guarantee for the construction of a harmonious society, and provides ideas and principles for correctly handling the relationship between the Party and the masses. It provides important theoretical guarantee for strengthening party building and improving party leadership.
