和谐社会视域下加强云南少数民族地区思想政治教育的路径研究

【摘要】：“构建社会主义和谐社会”是党中央根据新时期的发展要求和时代特点而提出的伟大战略，云南少数民族地区的和谐社会建设是全面构建和谐社会战略任务的重要组成部分，云南少数民族地区的和谐社会建设不仅关系到民族团结和国家统一、也关系到构建社会主义和谐社会战略目标的全面实现。思想政治教育是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要手段，能有效促进和谐社会建设的发展。因自身的具体实际，云南少数民族地区的和谐社会建设面临着更多、更复杂的阻碍因素，而思想政治教育能针对这些阻碍因素，有效降低这些因素对和谐社会建设的不利影响，所以云南少数民族地区的和谐社会建设更需要发挥思想政治教育的积极作用。但是由于各种主客观原因，，云南少数民族地区的思想政治教育还存在一些问题，这限制了思想政治教育对和谐社会建设促进作用的发挥，因此研究当前云南少数民族地区的思想政治教育存在的问题，从而采取针对措施加强云南少数民族地区的思想政治教育具有重要的现实意义。本篇论文分为四部分，第一部分简要概括了“构建社会主义和谐社会”战略提出的时代背景、内涵，分析了思想政治教育对于“构建社会主义和谐社会”、特别是对于云南少数民族地区和谐社会建设的重要作用。第二部分简要回顾了中国共产党在少数民族地区开展思想政治教育的历史，总结了在少数民族地区开展思想政治教育的成功经验。第三部分研究了云南少数民族地区的特殊性及当前思想政治教育存在的一些问题。第四部分针对当前云南少数民族地区思想政治教育存在的问题，阐述了加强云南少数民族地区思想政治教育的重要意义，提出了加强云南少数民族地区思想政治教育的指导原则和具体路径。
[Abstract]:"Building a harmonious Socialist Society" is a great strategy put forward by the CPC Central Committee according to the requirements of the development of the new era and the characteristics of the times. The construction of a harmonious society in the minority areas of Yunnan is an important part of the strategic task of building a harmonious society in an all-round way. The construction of a harmonious society in minority areas in Yunnan is not only related to national unity and national unity, but also to the overall realization of the strategic goal of building a socialist harmonious society. Ideological and political education is an important means of building a harmonious socialist society. It can effectively promote the development of harmonious society construction. Because of its own concrete reality, the construction of harmonious society in Yunnan ethnic minority areas is facing more and more complicated obstacles, and ideological and political education can aim at these obstacles. Therefore, the construction of harmonious society in Yunnan ethnic minority areas needs to play an active role in ideological and political education. However, due to various subjective and objective reasons, there are still some problems in ideological and political education in minority areas of Yunnan, which limits the role of ideological and political education in promoting the construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the existing problems of ideological and political education in Yunnan ethnic minority areas and to take measures to strengthen the ideological and political education in Yunnan minority areas. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part briefly summarizes the background and connotation of the strategy of "building a harmonious socialist society". This paper analyzes the important role of ideological and political education in "building a harmonious socialist society", especially for the construction of a harmonious society in minority areas of Yunnan. The second part briefly reviews the opening of the Communist Party of China in minority areas. The history of ideological and political education, This paper summarizes the successful experience of carrying out ideological and political education in minority areas. The third part studies the particularity of Yunnan minority areas and some problems existing in the current ideological and political education. Problems in ideological and political education in ethnic minority areas, This paper expounds the important significance of strengthening the ideological and political education in Yunnan minority areas, and puts forward the guiding principles and concrete ways to strengthen the ideological and political education in Yunnan minority areas.
