【摘要】：论文分五部分，马克思社会公正思想的形成；马克思社会公正思想的基本内容；马克思社会公正思想在我国的实践成就；马克思社会公正思想在我国的实践困境及以马克思社会公正思想推动我国社会共正的建设。首先，对马克思社会公正思想的形成从理论溯源和实践基础两方面进行了论述。马克思社会公正思想主要有四个溯源，分别是古希腊哲学家社会公正思想、近代启蒙时期社会公正思想、德国古典哲学社会公正思想和空想社会主义社会公正思想；马克思社会公正思想的实践基础包括马克思的社会实践和无产阶级革命实践。其次，对马克思社会公正思想基本内容的阐释，包括马克思社会公正思想内涵、实质、特征三个方面。马克思社会公正思想内涵包括分配公正、平等自由和社会调剂；马克思社会公正思想中，，社会公正享有主体为所有人、实现途径为彻底消灭阶级、社会公正价值归宿为人的全面自由发展；马克思社会公正思想特征主要包括历史性、阶级性和具体性。再次，论述了马克思社会公正思想在我国的实践成就，分别从政治、经济和社会三个领域展开。经济领域的实践成就是生产力发展水平不断提高及劳动分配制度日渐公正；政治领域的实践成就是自由平等观念深入人心及政治权利逐步得到保障；社会领域的实践成就是以人为本观念逐步贯彻及社会保障体系日趋完善。复次，提出了马克思社会公正思想的实践困境，从政治、经济、社会三个领域展开论述。经济领域的实践困境包括社会贫富差距拉大及社会再分配力度较弱；政治领域公正建设困境包括社会公共权力运用失当及公民权利不能完全落实；社会领域公正建设困境包括社会保障体系存在缺陷及社会弱势群体边缘化。最后，以马克思社会公正思想推动我国社会公正建设。经济公正建设方面，改革收入分配制度及完善社会再分配制度；政治公正建设方面，合理限制和监督公共权力及大力保障和实现公民权利；社会公正建设方面，不断健全社会保障体系及强化社会弱势群体支持力度。
[Abstract]:The paper is divided into five parts: the formation of Marx's social justice thought, the basic content of Marx's social justice thought, the practical achievement of Marx's social justice thought in our country; The practical dilemma of Marx's social justice thought in our country and the construction of social justice in our country with Marx's social justice thought. First of all, the formation of Marx's social justice thought is discussed from two aspects: the theoretical origin and the practical basis. Marx's social justice thought has four main sources, namely, the ancient Greek philosopher's social justice thought. The social justice thought of modern enlightenment period, German classical philosophy social justice thought and utopian socialist social justice thought, Marx's social justice thought practice foundation includes Marx's social practice and proletarian revolution practice. Secondly, it explains the basic content of Marx's social justice thought, including three aspects: Marx's social justice thought connotation, essence and characteristic. Marx's social justice thought connotation includes distribution justice, equality freedom and social adjustment. In Marx's thought of social justice, the main body of social justice is all, the way to realize it is the thorough elimination of class, and the value of social justice is the comprehensive and free development of man. Class and concreteness. Thirdly, the author discusses the practical achievements of Marx's social justice thought in our country, starting from the political, economic and social fields. The practical achievements in the economic field are the continuous improvement of the productive forces' development level and the increasing fairness of the labor distribution system. The practical achievement in the political field is that the concept of freedom and equality is deeply rooted in the people's heart and the political rights are gradually guaranteed, while the practical achievement in the social field is the gradual implementation of the people-oriented concept and the improvement of the social security system. This paper puts forward the practical dilemma of Marx's social justice thought, which is discussed from the three fields of politics, economy and society. The practical dilemma in the economic field includes the widening gap between the rich and the poor in society and the weak redistribution of the society. The dilemmas of the construction of justice in the political field include the improper use of social public power and the failure to fully implement the civil rights, and the dilemmas of the construction of justice in the social field include the defects of the social security system and the marginalization of the social vulnerable groups. Finally, we should promote the construction of social justice with Marx's social justice thought. In the construction of economic justice, we should reform the income distribution system and perfect the social redistribution system, as well as the construction of political justice. In the construction of social justice, we should constantly perfect the social security system and strengthen the support of the social vulnerable groups.
