“颜色革命”警示下中国共产党执政能力建设研究

【摘要】：“颜色革命”是在独联体国家发生的备受国际关注的政治事件，，给世人的影响极其深远，正所谓“仁者见仁，智者见智”无论在国内外，学术界对“颜色革命”的研究都给予了高度的重视。笔者看过许多关于“颜色革命”的期刊专著，大多数对于它的成因，定义，启示等等表述的比较多，另外则是许多著作单独对党的执政能力的建设有所表述。但是把这二者结合起来论述的文章犹如凤毛麟角，笔者将大胆在这方面作学术上的探索，将“颜色革命”与党的执政能力相结合论述，以独联体国家发生“颜色革命”为教训，从而加强我党执政能力建设，使中国远离“颜色革命”。本文共分为三个部分。第一部分主要是对“颜色革命”做了一些基本的概况分析，包括颜色革命的由来，本质，以及谈到了“颜色革命”当中的执政党因素。第二部分主要是讲述了独联体国家“颜色革命”与执政党的内在关联，包括执政党在经济政治方面的一些表现，正是因为执政党的种种低效的执政手段才使独联体国家爆发“颜色革命”。第三部分也是论文的中心部分主要是讲我国执政党，即中国共产党应该吸取“颜色革命”教训，加强执政能力建设防止“颜色革命”在中国的上演。在第三部分主要是从发展我国经济，推进我国民主政治建设坚持依法治国，反腐败以及提高社会整合功能构建和谐社会四个方面对执政党的执政能力进行了探析。
[Abstract]:The "color revolution" is a political event of international concern that has taken place in the CIS countries. It has a profound impact on the world.Academic circles have attached great importance to the study of "color revolution".The author has read many periodical monographs about "Color Revolution", most of them have expressed more about its cause, definition, inspiration and so on. In addition, many works have expressed the construction of the Party's ruling ability separately.However, the articles that combine the two together are as rare as rare. The author will make a bold academic exploration in this respect, combine the "color revolution" with the ruling ability of the Party, and take the "color revolution" in the CIS countries as a lesson.So as to strengthen our party's ability to govern, so that China away from the "color revolution."This paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly makes some basic general analysis to "color revolution", including the origin, essence of color revolution and the ruling party factor in "color revolution".The second part mainly talks about the inherent connection between the "color revolution" and the ruling party in the CIS countries, including some economic and political performance of the ruling party.It was because of the inefficiency of the ruling party that the CIS countries broke out the color revolution.The third part is also the central part of the thesis, which mainly talks about the ruling party of our country, that is, the Communist Party of China should absorb the lessons of "color revolution" and strengthen the construction of ruling ability to prevent the "color revolution" from being staged in China.In the third part, the author analyzes the ruling ability of the ruling party from four aspects: developing our country's economy, promoting our country's democratic political construction, adhering to the rule of law, fighting corruption and improving the function of social integration to build a harmonious society.
