毛泽东与农村合作医疗制度的形成及其当代价值——以“六二六”指示为中心的考察

【摘要】：文章通过对"六二六"指示的深入分析,表明毛泽东推动了合作医疗制度的发展,使国家医疗卫生工作的重点真正开始转向农村。一方面缓解了农村长期以来缺医少药之需,提高了农民的健康水平;另一方面,培养大量的农村医务人员,为农村合作医疗制度的建立和普及奠定了重要的人员保障。毛泽东关于农村合作医疗制度的思想,对推进当前我国农村医疗卫生建设仍然具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:Through the in-depth analysis of the "June 26" directive, the article shows that Mao Zedong has promoted the development of cooperative medical system and made the emphasis of the national medical and health work really begin to shift to the countryside.On the one hand, it alleviates the long-term shortage of medical care in rural areas and improves the health level of farmers; on the other hand, training a large number of rural medical personnel has laid an important personnel guarantee for the establishment and popularization of rural cooperative medical care system.Mao Zedong's thought on rural cooperative medical system is still of great theoretical value and practical significance in promoting the construction of rural medical and health care in China.
