当前中国党群关系“异化”危险倾向探析

【摘要】：中国共产党自建立之日起就非常重视党群关系。在全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化建设的新的历史时期，随着改革的深化，群体冲突在一些地区频发，党群关系由以前的亲密变得水火不容，，甚至存在“异化”的危险。共产党作为执政党，能否有力地应对世情、国情和党情变化给党群关系带来的挑战，切实维护好与广大人民群众的和谐关系，破解党群关系的“异化”危险，是我党在新形势下扩大执政基础，巩固执政地位的关键问题。本文通过梳理马克思主义党群关系理论的发展脉络，总结马克思主义经典作家以及中国共产党几代领导人关于党群关系理论的相关论述，回顾我国党群关系的历史实践和改革开放以来出现的“异化”危险倾向得知，我国现今的党群关系确实需要进一步完善和巩固。通过对思想、经济、制度等方面的分析，得出当前我国党群关系出现“异化”危险倾向的原因；通过对“异化”危险倾向原因的进一步解析，提出相应的破解之道即多管齐下，构建和谐的党群关系。中国共产党作为执政党，要采取有力措施，回归群众路线，重视思想建设，创新社会管理，调整利益格局，加强权力监督，推进制度建设，不断实现好、维护好、发展好人民群众的利益，逐步走向共同富裕，是破解党群关系“异化”危险倾向和构建和谐党群关系的根本路径。
[Abstract]:The CPC has attached great importance to the relationship between the Party and the masses since its establishment.In the new historical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and speeding up the socialist modernization drive, with the deepening of the reform, group conflicts have frequently occurred in some areas, and the relationship between the Party and the masses has changed from intimacy to incompatibility.There is even the danger of alienation.As the ruling party, can the Communist Party be able to cope with the challenges to the relationship between the Party and the masses brought by the world situation and the changes in the Party's situation, to safeguard the harmonious relationship with the broad masses of the people, and to crack the danger of "alienation" of the relationship between the Party and the masses?Is our party in the new situation to expand the ruling foundation, consolidate the ruling position of the key issues.By combing the development of Marxist theory of party-mass relations, this paper summarizes the relevant expositions of Marxist classical writers and Chinese Communist Party leaders on the theory of party-mass relations.Reviewing the historical practice of the relationship between the Party and the masses and the dangerous tendency of "alienation" since the reform and opening up, we can see that the present relationship between the Party and the masses needs to be further improved and consolidated.Based on the analysis of ideology, economy, system and so on, the causes of the danger tendency of "alienation" in the relations between the Party and the masses in our country are obtained, and through the further analysis of the reasons for the danger tendency of "alienation", the corresponding solution is put forward, that is, multi-pronged approach.Build a harmonious relationship between the Party and the masses.As the ruling party, the Communist Party of China should take effective measures to return to the mass line, attach importance to ideological construction, innovate social management, adjust the pattern of interests, strengthen supervision of power, advance the construction of the system, continuously realize and maintain it.It is the fundamental way to solve the dangerous tendency of dissimilation of the relationship between the Party and the masses and to construct the harmonious relationship between the Party and the masses by developing the interests of the masses and gradually moving towards common prosperity.
