构建和谐社会背景下我国贫富差距问题研究

【摘要】：首先,随着改革开放的不断深入,在人民生活水平日益提高的今天,在提倡构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下,我国的贫富差距程度也越来越大。随着我国经济不断飞速增长和综合国力的提高,贫富差距的扩大化严重危害了社会秩序的稳定和经济的可持续发展。其次,合理的贫富差距可以促进经济效率的提高,反之,悬殊的贫富差距会引起人们的仇富心理和社会治安的动荡,从而阻碍经济良性的发展和社会主义和谐社会的构建。因此,我们只有发挥贫富差距的积极作用,抑制其消极作用,才能有助于我国和谐社会的构建,促进社会主义市场经济的繁荣昌盛。最后,本文试图全面客观地认识我国当前贫富差距的现状及贫富差距扩大对和谐社会带来的影响,分析我国当前贫富差距扩大的深层次原因,提出缩小贫富差距的合理化对策。贫富差距问题一直都是学术界关注的焦点话题。因为贫富差距与老百姓的日常生活息息相关,尤其是最近几年以来,我国的经济实力飞速发展,伴随着我国综合国力的提高和人民生活水平的不断提升,我国的贫富差距程度呈现出越来越扩大化的趋势。长此以往,威胁民族团结,扰乱社会稳定秩序,阻碍经济可持续发展。贫富差距这个命题不仅是一个经济问题,同时也是一个关乎到国家安全发展与社会稳定的重大政治问题。研究贫富差距对于我国构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大历史现实意义。本文通过对贫富差距概念界定,现状与成因,以及双重性影响,最后是解决对策措施几个阐述我国贫富差距的问题严重性,希望对政府努力缩小贫富差距问题提供一定的历史借鉴。正文分为五个部分：第一部分：贫富差距的概念界定与衡量。主要是通过对贫富差距和两极分化的概念界定和衡量,使人们对这一问题理解思路更加清晰。第二部分：我国贫富差距的现状。通过基尼系数、城乡差距、地区差距、行业差距、阶层差距等五个方面来说明。第三部分：贫富差距对构建和谐社会的影响。本部分从积极作用和消极作用两个方面去讨论,用全面的、科学的、理性的眼光去看待贫富差距这个问题,从而指导人们认识到贫富差距扩大化对社会经济的严重危害。第四部分：本部分主要介绍了导致贫富差距扩大化的成因,其中从自然环境、历史、经济方面、政治职能性等几个因素去考虑。第五部分：缩小贫富差距扩大化的政策。本部分通过从收入分配制度的改革、社会保障制度的完善、社会主义法制建设的健全、文化教育体制的深化、就业结构的调整等几个方面来入手,努力缩小我国贫富差距的严重问题。
[Abstract]:First of all, with the deepening of reform and opening up, in the people's living standards are improving today, in the context of promoting the construction of a socialist harmonious society, the gap between the rich and the poor in China is also increasing. With the rapid economic growth and the improvement of the comprehensive national strength, the widening gap between the rich and the poor seriously endangers the stability of the social order and the sustainable development of the economy. Secondly, a reasonable gap between the rich and the poor can promote the improvement of economic efficiency. On the contrary, the disparity between the rich and the poor will lead to the unrest of people's mentality of hatred against the rich and the social security, thus hindering the benign development of the economy and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, only by exerting the positive role of the gap between the rich and the poor and restraining its negative role can we help the construction of a harmonious society and promote the prosperity of the socialist market economy. Finally, this paper attempts to comprehensively and objectively understand the current situation of the gap between the rich and the poor in our country and the impact of the widening gap on the harmonious society, analyze the deep-seated reasons for the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor in our country, and put forward reasonable countermeasures to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor. The gap between rich and poor has always been the focus of academic attention. Because the gap between the rich and the poor is closely related to the daily life of the common people, especially in recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economic strength, with the improvement of our comprehensive national strength and the continuous improvement of the people's living standards, The gap between the rich and the poor in our country shows a trend of increasing. In the long run, it threatens national unity, disrupts social stability and order, and hinders sustainable economic development. The proposition of the gap between the rich and the poor is not only an economic problem, but also a major political issue related to the development of national security and social stability. The study of the gap between the rich and the poor is of great historical significance to the construction of a harmonious socialist society in China. Through the definition of the concept of the gap between the rich and the poor, the present situation and the cause of formation, as well as the duality of the influence, the last part is to explain the seriousness of the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor. I hope that the government efforts to narrow the gap between the rich and poor to provide a certain historical reference. The text is divided into five parts: The first part: the definition and measurement of the gap between rich and poor. Through the definition and measurement of the gap between the rich and the poor and polarization, people can understand the problem more clearly. The second part: the current situation of the gap between the rich and the poor in China. Through Gini coefficient, urban-rural gap, regional gap, industry gap, class gap to explain five aspects. The third part: the influence of the gap between the rich and the poor on the construction of a harmonious society. This part discusses the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor from the two aspects of positive and negative effects, and uses a comprehensive, scientific and rational view to look at the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor, thus instructing people to realize the serious harm of the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor to the social economy. Part IV: this part mainly introduces the causes of the widening gap between rich and poor, including natural environment, history, economic aspects, political functions and other factors to consider. Part five: the policy of narrowing the gap between rich and poor. This part starts with the reform of the income distribution system, the perfection of the social security system, the perfection of the socialist legal system, the deepening of the cultural and educational system, the adjustment of the employment structure, and so on.
