科学社会主义制度的基本内涵是生产资料公有制

【摘要】：广义"社会主义"概念指的是各种强调社会整体利益、关注劳动人民利益的思潮、运动和社会制度的总称,而我们通常所提出的"什么是社会主义"问题的完整表述应当是:马克思主义和共产党的"社会主义"涵义是什么?最有效率、最为合理的社会制度应当怎么样?科学社会主义作为社会制度,基本内涵就是生产资料公有制。共产党领导、工人阶级的斗争、人民民主专政、马克思主义指导是公有制度的前提和保障,按劳分配与消灭剥削、消除两极分化与共同富裕、消灭阶级、经济的计划性、自主联合劳动、人的自由全面发展以及经济民主等等是公有制的内涵和结果。对公有制的态度是区分真假马克思主义、真假科学社会主义理论的唯一可靠标准。
[Abstract]:The broad concept of "socialism" refers to all kinds of ideological trends, movements and social systems that emphasize the interests of the whole society and pay attention to the interests of the working people. And the complete expression of "what is socialism" that we usually put forward should be: what is the meaning of "socialism" of Marxism and the Communist Party? What should be the most efficient and reasonable social system? Scientific socialism as a social system, the basic connotation is the public ownership of the means of production. The leadership of the Communist Party, the struggle of the working class, the people's democratic dictatorship and the guidance of Marxism are the prerequisites and guarantees of the public system, the distribution and elimination of exploitation according to work, the elimination of polarization and common prosperity, and the elimination of class and economic planning. The connotation and result of public ownership are independent labor, free and all-round development of human beings and economic democracy. The attitude to public ownership is the only reliable standard to distinguish between true and false Marxism and true and false scientific socialism theory.
