马克思主义生态思想视阈下我国农村生态文明建设研究

【摘要】：党的十七大做出的建设生态文明这一重大战略部署,对于我国新农村建设和发展赋予了新的要求,这是党执政兴国理念的新发展。农村生态文明是建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。而马克思生态文明思想立足于人与自然的和谐统一,为我们建设社会主义农村生态文明提供了宝贵的理论资源,具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文对马克思生态文明思想与社会主义新农村生态文明建设的内涵与提出过程进行阐述,并指出生态文明建设是我国农新村建设的内在要求,是实现我国全面发展的前提条件。目前虽然农村生态文明建设的进程倍受关注,但建设现状并不乐观。在广大农村仍然存在着各种各样的生态问题,如:水土流失严重,水资源遭到污染,生态系统被破坏等。本文在深入剖析造成农村生态环境恶化的基础上,提出了农村生态文明建设的对策选择。笔者认为只有在马克思生态思想的指导下,充分发挥社会主义的优越性,才能从根本上解决农村生态问题。国家应从各个方面加强对农村生态环境的保护力度,提高广大农民的生态保护意识,维护广大农民的经济利益和环境权益,从而又好又快的实现农村乃至全社会的和谐与可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The great strategic plan of building ecological civilization made by the 17th National Congress of the CPC has given new demands to the construction and development of new countryside in our country, which is a new development of the concept of ruling and rejuvenating the country. Rural ecological civilization is an important part of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Marx's thought of ecological civilization is based on the harmonious unity of man and nature, which provides us with valuable theoretical resources for the construction of socialist rural ecological civilization, which has important theoretical and practical value. This paper expounds the connotation and process of Marx's thought of ecological civilization and the construction of ecological civilization in new socialist countryside, and points out that the construction of ecological civilization is the inherent requirement of the construction of new villages in China and the prerequisite for the overall development of our country. Although the progress of rural ecological civilization construction has attracted much attention, but the status quo is not optimistic. There are still a variety of ecological problems in rural areas, such as serious soil erosion, water resources pollution, ecosystem damage and so on. On the basis of deeply analyzing the deterioration of rural ecological environment, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of rural ecological civilization. The author believes that only under the guidance of Marx's ecological thought, the superiority of socialism can be brought into full play, and the rural ecological problems can be solved fundamentally. The state shall strengthen the protection of the rural ecological environment in all aspects, enhance the ecological protection consciousness of the broad masses of peasants, and safeguard the economic and environmental rights and interests of the broad masses of peasants, So it can realize the harmonious and sustainable development of the countryside and even the whole society.
