【摘要】：马克思私有制批判的思想是马克思批判思想的核心，对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的影响。马克思认为私有财产既是异化劳动的结果又是其根据和原因，，批判资本主义的异化劳动，必然要批判私有制。马克思批判的不是一般的所有制而是资本主义的私有制，马克思认为只有消灭资本主义私有制才能实现共产主义和人的自由而全面的发展。当今随着社会主义市场经济的发展，许多人认为非公有制经济发展的良好势头对社会主义经济制度构成了严重影响，于是出现了削减私营企业的数量、打压私营企业的发展势头、消灭私有制等诸多议论。深入研究马克思的私有制批判思想有助于全面理解马克思辩证的私有制观，指导社会主义市场经济体制改革的实践。本文主要从马克思私有制批判的理论依据、理论内涵及其方法论特征等方面深入分析马克思私有制批判的思想，阐述马克思辩证的私有制观。并在这基础上，把马克思私有制批判的理论与现代化建设的实践相结合，对如何正确认识公有制主体地位、如何正确认识保护私有财产、如何正确认识发展非公有制经济、如何正确对待资本等问题进行具体的分析，从而得出对社会主义经济建设的启示。深入研究马克思私有制批判的思想，对正确看待当前我国非公有制经济成分，合理利用、引导和控制资本，坚持社会主义基本经济制度和坚定不移的走有中国特色的社会主义道路，具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Marx's critique of private ownership is the core of Marx's critical thought, which has great influence on the construction of socialist harmonious society. Marx believed that private property is both the result and the reason of alienated labor. Criticizing the alienated labor of capitalism is bound to criticize private ownership. Marx criticized not ordinary ownership but capitalist private ownership. Marx believed that only by eliminating capitalist private ownership could communism and man's free and all-round development be realized. With the development of the socialist market economy, many people believe that the good momentum of the development of the non-public sector of the economy has seriously affected the socialist economic system. As a result, there has been a reduction in the number of private enterprises. Suppress the development momentum of private enterprises, eliminate private ownership and many other arguments. It is helpful to understand Marx's dialectical view of private ownership and guide the practice of socialist market economic system reform. This paper mainly analyzes Marx's thoughts of criticism of private ownership from the theoretical basis, theoretical connotation and methodological characteristics of Marx's criticism of private ownership, and expounds Marx's dialectical view of private ownership. On this basis, combining Marx's theory of criticism of private ownership with the practice of modernization, how to correctly understand the status of public ownership as the main body, how to correctly understand how to protect private property, how to correctly understand the development of non-public ownership economy, How to deal with the problems of capital and so on is analyzed, and the enlightenment to socialist economic construction is obtained. Deeply studying Marx's critique of private ownership, correctly looking at the current elements of the non-public sector of the economy, rationally utilizing, guiding and controlling capital, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to adhere to the socialist basic economic system and unswervingly follow the socialist road with Chinese characteristics.
