【摘要】：从严治党历来是中国共产党坚持不懈的追求和优良传统。以毛泽东为核心的第一代领导集体,在争取国家独立、民族解放的实践中,把马克思列宁主义科学原理作为党的根本指导,推动马列主义党建思想中国化,形成了符合中国实际情况的从严治党思想。毛泽东从严治党思想作为毛泽东思想理论体系的重要构成,是马克思列宁主义从严治党思想中国化的产物。认真总结把握毛泽东从严治党思想,有利于更加完整地理解和掌握毛泽东思想,在新世纪新阶段,对推进全面从严治党,增强党的执政能力建设、先进性建设和纯洁性建设具有重要意义。毛泽东从严治党思想是在科学理论的指导下,在具体实践中形成的科学理论。它的形成有深厚的理论基础和实践基础。首先,毛泽东从严治党的理论基础是马列主义党建学说;其次,革命和建设时期的从严治党实践是毛泽东从严治党思想的实践基础。毛泽东从严治党思想经历了萌芽、形成、成熟、曲折发展四个阶段。毛泽东从严治党思想有着丰富的内容。主要包括,第一,思想教育从严。强化思想教育,纠正党内各种错误思想,加强党性修养,提高党员思想觉悟。第二,队伍建设从严。严格党员标准,坚持民主集中制,加强廉政监督,提高党员质量。第三,作风建设从严。坚持全心全意为人民服务,严明党的纪律,与人民群众保持密切联系。第四,反腐倡廉从严。严惩党内腐败,加强法律法规建设,保持党的纯洁性。毛泽东从严治党思想作为历史条件下的产物,在理论和实践方面都有着深刻的历史价值。主要是,第一,毛泽东从严治党思想丰富了马列主义党建学说。第二,在毛泽东从严治党思想的指导下,党在革命建设的实践中取得了显著成绩。毛泽东从严治党思想对今天加强党的建设有着深刻的启迪。第一,加强党员思想教育,筑牢思想防线;第二,坚持坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,巩固党的群众基础;第三,高举反腐倡廉旗帜,纯洁党的肌体组织;第四,思想制度齐共抓,提高中国共产党的执政能力。研究毛泽东从严治党思想,对全面领会从严治党的重要性,推进当前全面从严治党,为全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴构建坚强的政治保证具有重要意义。新时期新阶段,要继承和发展毛泽东从严治党思想,与时俱进,不断创新,推动毛泽东思想向前发展。
[Abstract]:Strict administration of the party has always been the persistent pursuit and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China. In the practice of fighting for national independence and national liberation, the first generation of leading collectives with Mao Zedong as the core took the scientific principles of Marxism-Leninism as the fundamental guidance of the Party and promoted the Sinicization of Marxism-Leninist Party building thought. Formed in line with China's actual situation of strict party management. Mao Zedong's thought of strict administration of the Party, as an important component of the theoretical system of Mao Zedong's thought, is the product of the Sinicization of Marxism-Leninism 's thought of strict administration of the Party. Conscientiously summing up and grasping Mao Zedong's idea of strictly governing the party is conducive to a more complete understanding and mastery of Mao Zedong's thought, and in the new century and in the new stage, to promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, and to enhance the Party's ability to govern. The construction of advanced nature and purity is of great significance. Mao Zedong's thought of strict administration of the Party is a scientific theory formed in practice under the guidance of scientific theory. The formation of it has a deep theoretical and practical basis. Firstly, the theoretical basis of Mao Zedong's strict administration of the Party is the theory of Marxism-Leninist Party building, and secondly, the practice of strict administration of the Party during the period of revolution and construction is the practical basis of Mao Zedong's thought of managing the Party strictly. Mao Zedong's ideology of strict administration of the party has experienced four stages: germination, formation, maturity and tortuous development. Mao Zedong's thought of strict administration of the Party is rich in content. Mainly includes, first, the ideological education is strict. Strengthen ideological education, correct various erroneous ideas within the Party, strengthen party spirit cultivation, and improve Party members' ideological consciousness. Second, the construction of the ranks is strict. Strict standards of party members, adhere to democratic centralism, strengthen the supervision of clean government, improve the quality of party members. Third, strict construction of the style of work. Adhere to wholeheartedly serve the people, strict party discipline, and maintain close contact with the masses. Fourth, the fight against corruption and clean government must be strictly enforced. Severely punish corruption within the party, strengthen the construction of laws and regulations, and maintain the purity of the party. Mao Zedong's thought of strict administration of the Party, as a product of historical conditions, has profound historical value both in theory and practice. The main is, first, Mao Zedong strict party thought enriched Marxism-Leninism party building theory. Second, under the guidance of Mao Zedong's ideology of strict administration of the Party, the Party has made remarkable achievements in the practice of revolutionary construction. Mao Zedong's thought of strict administration of the party has profound enlightenment for strengthening the party building today. First, to strengthen the ideological education of Party members and to build a firm ideological defense; second, to adhere to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly and to consolidate the Party's mass base; third, to hold high the banner of fighting corruption and advocating honesty, and to purify the Party's physical and physical organization; and fourth, Ideological and institutional unity grasp, improve the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China. It is of great significance to study Mao Zedong's thought of strictly governing the Party, to fully understand the importance of strict administration of the Party, to push forward the current comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to build a strong political guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the new period, we should inherit and develop Mao Zedong's thought of strict administration of the Party, keep pace with the times, constantly innovate, and promote the development of Mao Zedong's thought.
