【摘要】：当今时代,经济全球化不仅促进了各国经济、政治、文化等多领域的交流,而且使“非传统安全”日益凸显出来。国家文化安全作为非传统安全的重要组成部分,越来越受到学界的关注。邓小平在领导我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设过程中,形成了国家文化安全思想。本文分为五个部分：第一部分：阐述了国家文化安全理论的基本内容。着重对国家文化安全的内涵、国家文化安全的特征、国家文化安全的地位以及我国目前所面临的国家文化安全问题进行了分析。第二部分：分析了邓小平国家文化安全思想产生的社会历史条件。邓小平国家文化安全思想是在面对世界不同文化激荡带来挑战以及文化霸权和文化帝国主义挑战的时代背景下,在我国改革开放过程中社会主义思想道德建设被弱化,中国传统文化遭到质疑的国内背景下,在对毛泽东国家文化安全思想的继承和发展以及在对其他国家维护国家文化安全启示的条件下形成起来的。第三部分：揭示了邓小平国家文化安全思想的主要内容。第一,指出要加强社会主义精神文明建设,增强社会主义国家文化软实力。主要包括邓小平对社会主义精神文明建设提出总体要求,强调要坚持马克思主义的指导地位,强调坚持和发扬中华民族优秀文化传统。第二,大力发展经济,构筑国家文化安全的经济基础。主要包括增强经济实力为维护国家文化安全提供坚实后盾,发展社会主义市场经济为维护国家文化安全提供根本的经济手段。第三,齐抓共管,运用多种手段共同维护国家文化安全。主要包括加强教育和法制建设,与各种非马克思主义思潮和流派进行坚决的斗争,借鉴历史经验教训维护国家文化安全等。第四部分：分析了邓小平国家文化安全思想的特点。邓小平国家文化安全的思想具有科学性、战略性、民族性和开放性。第五部分：揭示了邓小平国家文化安全思想的重要意义。邓小平国家文化安全思想的理论意义主要体现为发展了毛泽东国家文化安全理论,开创了中国特色社会主义文化安全理论,丰富了邓小平理论的科学体系。邓小平国家文化安全思想的实践意义体现为有利于坚定中国特色社会主义文化自信,有地处理好文化的一元主导与多样并存的关系,有利于提高中国特色社会主义的文化软实力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, economic globalization not only promotes the exchange of economy, politics, culture and other fields, but also makes "non-traditional security" prominent day by day. As an important part of non-traditional security, national cultural security has been paid more and more attention by scholars. Deng Xiaoping has formed the thought of national cultural security in the process of leading our country's reform and opening up and socialist modernization. This paper is divided into five parts: The first part: elaborated the basic content of the national cultural security theory. The connotation of national cultural security, the characteristics of national cultural security, the status of national cultural security and the problems of national cultural security faced by our country are analyzed. The second part: analyze the social and historical condition of Deng Xiaoping's national cultural security thought. Under the background of the challenges of different cultures, cultural hegemony and cultural imperialism, the socialist ideological and moral construction has been weakened in the process of reform and opening up in China. Under the domestic background of Chinese traditional culture being questioned, it is formed under the condition of inheriting and developing the thought of national cultural security of Mao Zedong and maintaining the enlightenment of national cultural security to other countries. The third part: reveals the main content of Deng Xiaoping national cultural security thought. First, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and strengthen the cultural soft power of socialist countries. It mainly includes Deng Xiaoping's general requirements for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, emphasizing the guiding position of Marxism, and emphasizing the adherence and development of the excellent cultural tradition of the Chinese nation. Second, vigorously develop the economy and build the economic foundation of national cultural security. It mainly includes strengthening economic strength to provide solid backing for safeguarding national cultural security and developing socialist market economy to provide fundamental economic means for safeguarding national cultural security. Third, we should work together to maintain national cultural security through various means. It mainly includes strengthening education and legal system building, waging resolute struggle against various non-Marxist ideological trends and schools, and using historical experiences and lessons for reference to safeguard national cultural security and so on. The fourth part: analyze the characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's national cultural security thought. The thought of Deng Xiaoping's national cultural security is scientific, strategic, national and open. The fifth part: reveals the significance of Deng Xiaoping's national cultural security thought. The theoretical significance of Deng Xiaoping's national cultural security is mainly embodied in the development of Mao Zedong's theory of national cultural security, the creation of the theory of socialist cultural security with Chinese characteristics, and the enrichment of the scientific system of Deng Xiaoping's theory. The practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's national cultural security thought is that it is beneficial to strengthen the confidence of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and to deal with the relationship between the unity of culture and the coexistence of diversity. It is conducive to improving the cultural soft power of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
