【摘要】：毛泽东在坚持马克思主义党建理论的基础上，经过中央苏区和抗战时期局部执政的初步尝试、七届二中全会为全面执政提出的思想理论准备、建国初期执政党建设理论与实践发展，最终形成了毛泽东执政党建设思想的科学体系。这个体系包括了执政党自身的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、监督体系建设和党执政的平台与方略两个方面。毛泽东执政党建设思想具有系统性、开放性、创新性和实践性特点。毛泽东的执政党建设思想是对马克思主义执政党建设理论的创新和发展，对于我们坚持和完善党的民主集中制、全面加强党的思想、组织、作风、反腐建设，始终保持同人民群众的密切联系，把党建设成为始终走在时代前列的马克思主义执政党，成为中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:On the basis of adhering to the Marxist theory of party building, Mao Zedong made a preliminary attempt to be in power in the Central Soviet region and during the War of Resistance against Japan. The second Plenary session of the Seventh Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee prepared for the ideological and theoretical theory put forward by the ruling party in an all-round way. The theory and practice of the ruling party's construction developed in the early days of the people's Republic of China, and finally formed the scientific system of the ruling party's construction thought of Mao Zedong. This system includes the ideological construction, organization construction, style construction, supervision system construction and the platform and strategy of the ruling party. The thought of Mao Zedong ruling party construction is systematic, open, innovative and practical. The ruling party construction thought of Mao Zedong is the innovation and development of Marxist ruling party construction theory. It is helpful for us to adhere to and perfect the democratic centralism system of the party, to strengthen the party's ideology, organization, style of work and anti-corruption construction in an all-round way. It is of great significance to keep close contact with the masses of the people, build the Party into the leading party of Marxism, and become the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
