对科学发展观的“以人为本”思想的哲学思考

【摘要】：“以人为本”思想作为科学发展观的核心,体现了我党在新的历史条件下对广大人民群众生存境遇的深切关怀,对我国社会主义现代化建设具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。但由于科学发展观提出的时间不长,“以人为本”这一思想又有其新的内涵,人们对“以人为本”思想的理解不仅未达到完全统一,而且还存在一些误读,这样极易造成思想认识上的混乱,从而危害我国社会主义实践。因此,本文拟在前人研究成果的基础上,系统化的对科学发展观中“以人为本”思想进行哲学思考。本文以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导,运用分析与综合、逻辑与历史、归纳与演绎、理论联系实际等研究方法,主要从目的与手段、矛盾与发展、认识与实践三个层面进行深入研究。首先从目的与手段这个层面,探讨科学发展观的“以人为本”的思想内涵；然后从矛盾与发展的角度分析科学发展观的“以人为本”思想的历史必然性；最后在此基础上从认识与实践的角度探讨科学发展观的“以人为本”思想的贯彻落实。通过对科学发展观中“以人为本”思想进行较为系统的哲学思考,将“以人为本”思想研究推向一个新的哲学高度,有利于走出当前存在的理论误区,全面贯彻落实“以人为本”思想,发挥其指导作用,从而进一步加快我国社会主义现代化进程,构建人与自然、人与社会、人与人的社会主义和谐社会,从而实现人的全面发展。
[Abstract]:As the core of the scientific concept of development, the thought of "people-oriented" embodies our party's deep concern for the living conditions of the broad masses of the people under the new historical conditions. It has very important theoretical and practical significance to the socialist modernization construction of our country. However, since the scientific concept of development has not been put forward for a long time, the idea of "people-oriented" has its new connotation, and people's understanding of "people-oriented" is not only not complete unity, but also some misreading. In this way, it is easy to cause confusion in ideology and cognition, thus endangering the practice of socialism in our country. Therefore, on the basis of the previous research results, this paper systematically reflects on the "people-oriented" thought in the scientific development view. Under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this paper uses research methods such as analysis and synthesis, logic and history, induction and deduction, theory and practice, mainly from the point of aim and means, contradiction and development. Understanding and practice of the three levels of in-depth research. At first, the paper discusses the ideological connotation of "people-oriented" in the view of scientific development from the aspect of purpose and means, and then analyzes the historical inevitability of "people-oriented" thought of scientific development view from the angle of contradiction and development. Finally, from the perspective of cognition and practice, this paper discusses the implementation of the "people-oriented" concept of scientific development. Through the systematic philosophical thinking on the "people-oriented" thought in the scientific development view, the study of "people-oriented" thought can be promoted to a new philosophical height, which is conducive to getting out of the existing theoretical misunderstanding. Carrying out the thought of "people-oriented" in an all-round way, giving full play to its guiding role, thus further speeding up the process of socialist modernization in China, and building a harmonious socialist society between man and nature, between man and society, and between people and people, In order to achieve the overall development of human beings.
