【摘要】：毛泽东青年干部思想是以毛泽东为核心的党的第一代中央领导集体,在中国革命和建设的长期实践中,把马克思列宁主义青年学说和干部学说的普遍原理与青年干部队伍建设的实践相结合,形成的符合中国实际的思想理论成果。系统研究和深入理解毛泽东青年干部思想,对于丰富毛泽东思想研究,深化毛泽东青年干部思想研究,对于当前开展青年干部工作,以及当前建设高素质的青年干部队伍都具有重要的价值意义。本文对毛泽东青年干部思想的科学内涵及研究价值、形成条件和发展过程、主要内容和价值意义等问题进行了一定的探讨,在全面分析毛泽东青年干部思想的基础上,对毛泽东青年干部思想所包含的内容展开论述。本论文分为四个部分：第一部分,毛泽东青年干部思想的科学内涵及研究价值。本部分主要是对毛泽东青年干部思想的科学内涵做出界定,以及对毛泽东青年干部思想的理论价值和实践价值,从研究毛泽东青年干部思想所带来的价值层面做出论述。概念的界定及思想研究所具有的价值是我们深入研究一个问题的前提和基础,是理论研究的起点。因此,这部分是对毛泽东青年干部思想研究的铺垫。第二部分,毛泽东青年干部思想的形成条件和发展过程。本文阐述了毛泽东青年干部思想的形成条件和发展过程。毛泽东青年干部思想的形成条件,从理论条件来看,它包括三个方面：马克思、恩格斯的青年学说是毛泽东青年干部思想的直接理论根源,列宁的干部学说是毛泽东青年干部思想的主要理论渊源,中国传统文化的人才思想是毛泽东青年干部思想的思想土壤。从实践条件来看,它包括两个方面：毛泽东青年时期的自身体验,中国革命和建设时期的具体实践。毛泽东青年干部思想的发展过程,主要分为三个阶段：初步形成,成熟完善,丰富发展。这部分是对毛泽东青年干部思想研究的重点,同时也是本文的创新点。第三部分,毛泽东青年干部思想的基本内容。本部分主要是对毛泽东青年干部思想的主要内容进行研究,也是本文研究的重点。毛泽东青年干部思想对于中国青年干部队伍建设的实践产生了重大而深远的影响,对中国化马克思主义青年干部学说起了开创性和奠基性作用,因而把毛泽东青年干部思想的基本内容作为本文的研究重点,意在概括出毛泽东青年干部思想的整体面貌和精华部分。毛泽东青年干部的基本内容包括：青年干部的培养是革命事业的未来和希望；团结青、组织青年是革命事业成败的关键；重视青年干部的培养、选拔、管理和监督；灵活运用青年干部培养方法四个方面。因此,这部分不仅是本文的重点,也是论文的难点所在。第四部分,毛泽东青年干部思想的价值意义。本部分主要是对毛泽东青年干部思想的价值意义进行研究。毛泽东青年干部思想的价值意义分为理论价值和实践价值,从理论价值上来说就是,继承和发展了马克思主义的青年干部学说,丰富和完善了毛泽东思想的科学体系。从实践价值上来说就是,引导青年干部全面发展的思想武器,指导青年干部队伍建设的行动指南。这部分内容是论文的落脚点,也包含了论文一定的创新点。
[Abstract]:In the long - term practice of Chinese revolution and construction , Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought is the first generation central leadership group of the party with Mao Zedong as the core . In the long - term practice of the Chinese revolution and construction , the paper discusses the scientific connotation and the research value , the formation conditions and the development process , the main content and the value meaning of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought .

The first part , the scientific connotation and the research value of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought . This part mainly defines the scientific connotation of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought , and the theoretical value and practical value of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought .

The second part , the formation conditions and the development process of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought . This paper expounds the formation conditions and the development process of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought . From the view of theory , it includes three aspects : the self experience of Mao Zedong ' s youth period , the concrete practice in China ' s revolution and construction period .

The third part , the basic contents of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought . This part mainly studies the main contents of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought , and it is the focus of this paper . Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre ' s thought has a great and far - reaching influence on the practice of the construction of Chinese youth cadre team . Therefore , the basic contents of Mao Zedong ' s young cadres thought as the research focus of this paper are intended to outline the whole face and essential part of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought . The basic contents of Mao Zedong ' s young cadres include : the cultivation of young cadres is the future and hope of the revolutionary cause ;
Solidarity youth , organizing youth is the key to the success or failure of the revolutionary cause ;
Pay attention to the training , selection , management and supervision of young cadres ;
Therefore , this part is not only the focus of this paper but also the difficulty of the thesis .

The fourth part , the value meaning of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought . This part mainly studies the value meaning of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre thought . The value meaning of Mao Zedong ' s youth cadre ' s thought is divided into theoretical value and practical value .
