马克思恩格斯关于资本主义选举思想的当代价值——基于选举阶级性和社会性的双重维度

【摘要】：马克思恩格斯关于资本主义选举的思想对于我们正确认识当代资本主义选举仍然具有重要意义。资本主义选举受资本控制的思想仍然是正确的,变化的只是控制的对象、方式和途径;选举是资产阶级统治的实质没有改变,改变的是统治方式和代理人,资本主义生产方式决定其选举永远不会成为无产阶级摆脱资本控制的路径;选举仍然具有阶级斗争工具的性质,为新社会力量的发展和劳动者状况有限度的改善提供条件,但劳动者阶层需要组织起来,选出自己的代表,才能更好地利用选举进行斗争;选举实现了政权在资产阶级内部的和平交接,并且加强了对选举政治形式的意识形态认同;选举促进了民众权利意识的觉醒,有利于政治监督和参与功能的实现。当代资本主义选举具有阶级统治和社会管理的双重功能,因各国社会条件不同,选举的阶级性和社会性功能的实现程度有差别,但资本主义的经济基础决定了其选举的阶级性占首要地位。
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels' thought on capitalist election is still of great significance for us to correctly understand contemporary capitalist election. The idea that capitalist elections are subject to capital control is still correct, and what changes is only the objects, ways and means of control; elections are the essence of bourgeois rule that has not changed, but the ways and agents of governance have changed. The capitalist mode of production determines that its election will never become a path for the proletariat to get rid of capital control. Elections still have the nature of class struggle tools, providing conditions for the development of new social forces and the limited improvement of the conditions of workers. But the laborer class needs to organize and elect their own representatives in order to make better use of the election to fight, the election realizes the peaceful transfer of political power within the bourgeoisie, and strengthens the ideological identity of the political form of the election. The election promotes the awakening of people's right consciousness and helps to realize the function of political supervision and participation. The contemporary capitalist election has the dual function of class rule and social management. Because of the different social conditions, the class nature and the social function of the election are different. But the economic basis of capitalism determines the class nature of its election to occupy the primary position.
