邓小平的共同富裕思想及其现实意义

【摘要】：共同富裕是千百年来人类社会的美好理想，实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求和目标，邓小平共同富裕思想是建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。对这一理论及其现实意义的研究有利于人们更科学、更准确的认识和把握共同富裕思想，进而用这一科学理论来指导我们实践，实现共同富裕的最终目标。本文关于邓小平共同富裕思想及其现实意义的研究，首先是从分析邓小平共同富裕思想形成的社会历史条件和形成过程开始的，将它的形成过程分为萌芽、形成、完善、邓小平在晚年心系分配问题四个阶段。文章把邓小平晚年心系分配问题纳入第四个阶段将使邓小平共同富裕思想更具完整性；接着以邓小平的相关论述为主要依据，论述邓小平共同富裕思想的主要内容，并概括共同富裕是效率和公平、既反对平均主义又反对两极分化、先富和后富相统一的三个基本特征；然后针对我国当前实现共同富裕道路上存在的急于求成的浮躁情绪和淡化共同富裕目标的现象，分析这些现象在现实生活中的表现及其带来的危害，能使我们认清问题和形势，给人们警示；最后在上述研究的基础上归纳出邓小平共同富裕思想的理论意义是有助于我们全面、客观与科学地理解和掌握邓小平的共同富裕思想，为科学发展观提供了理论依据；它的现实意义在于指导中国特色社会主义现代化建设的实践以及有助于纠正实现共同富裕道路上出现的错误倾向，，确保中国特色社会主义建设的顺利进行。
[Abstract]:Common prosperity is a beautiful ideal of human society for thousands of years, the realization of common prosperity is the essential requirement and goal of socialism, and Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity is an important part of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The study of this theory and its practical significance will help people to understand and grasp the idea of common prosperity more accurately, and then use this scientific theory to guide our practice and realize the ultimate goal of common prosperity. In this paper, the author begins with the analysis of the social and historical conditions and the forming process of Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity, and divides its forming process into germination, formation and perfection. In his later years, Deng Xiaoping was divided into four stages. In the fourth stage of Deng Xiaoping's old age, it will make the thought of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping more complete, and then on the basis of the related exposition of Deng Xiaoping, the main content of the thought of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping will be discussed. And generalize that common prosperity is efficiency and fairness, both opposing egalitarianism and opposing polarization, the three basic characteristics of the unity of the first rich and the later rich; Then, in view of the impetuous mood that exists on the road of realizing common prosperity in our country and the phenomenon of desalting the goal of common prosperity, an analysis of the performance of these phenomena in real life and the harm they bring can enable us to recognize the problems and the situation. Finally, on the basis of the above research, we conclude that the theoretical significance of Deng Xiaoping's idea of common prosperity is conducive to our comprehensive, objective and scientific understanding and mastery of Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity. It provides a theoretical basis for the scientific concept of development, and its practical significance lies in guiding the practice of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and in correcting the erroneous tendency on the road to common prosperity.
