马克思主义平等观与社会主义和谐社会的构建

【摘要】：平等是人类社会生存的第一真理.它所指明的既是人与人、人与社会关系,但其更着重指向精神层面,具体到每一个人身上,则体现为人人平等。从整个人类社会发展史的角度看，无论何种社会形态，失去了“平等”这一基本原则，社会必然走向解体。在实际生活中，所谓人人平等，并不是说个人应享有绝对的、全方面的平等,而是人格、机会、尊严等的平等。我国随着社会主义制度的建立，改革开放的不断深入发展，在取得骄人成绩的同时，各种由社会不平等所引发的社会问题和社会矛盾也逐步增加，因此党的十六大把“社会更加和谐”作为全面建设小康社会的目标之一提出来，继而党的十六届四中全会又把“提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力”作为党执政能力的重要方面提出来。“平等”与“和谐”二者是相辅相成的，只有真正实现了社会平等，社会和谐才能最终达成；社会和谐也会进一步促进社会平等的继续向前推进。我国要想实现构建社会主义和谐社会的重要目标，就要从建立平等和谐的社会环境、树立社会成员的良好的平等意识着手，力争发挥每个社会成员的积极影响力。此外，于2012年11月举行的党的十八大，明确提出将“男女平等”列入法律范畴，，也表明了新一届国家领导人对实现社会全面平等的重视。本论文试图从马克思主义的平等观入手，探寻实现构建社会主义和谐社会重要目标的基础性路径。这既是对马克思主义平等理论的重要丰富和发展，又是解决我国当前社会实际问题的必要之举。
[Abstract]:Equality is the first truth in the existence of human society. What it indicates is not only man and man, man and society, but it is more focused on the spiritual level, and is embodied in the equality of all people. From the point of view of the history of the whole human society, no matter what kind of social form, lost the basic principle of "equality", the society will inevitably disintegrate. In real life, the so-called equality of all people does not mean that the individual should enjoy absolute, all-sided equality, but the equality of personality, opportunity, dignity, etc. With the establishment of the socialist system and the deepening development of the reform and opening up, the social problems and social contradictions caused by social inequality have gradually increased, while remarkable achievements have been made. Therefore, the 16th National Congress of the Party put forward "more harmonious society" as one of the goals of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Then the fourth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward "improving the ability of building a harmonious socialist society" as an important aspect of the Party's ruling ability. "Equality" and "harmony" complement each other. Only when social equality is truly realized, can social harmony be finally achieved, and social harmony will further promote the advancement of social equality. In order to realize the important goal of building a harmonious socialist society, our country must start with the establishment of an equal and harmonious social environment and the establishment of a good sense of equality among social members, and strive to bring into play the positive influence of each member of society. In addition, the 18th National Congress of the Party, held in November 2012, explicitly proposed that "equality between men and women" be included in the scope of the law, which also demonstrated the importance attached by the new state leaders to the realization of comprehensive equality in society. This paper attempts to explore the basic path to realize the important goal of building a socialist harmonious society from the Marxist view of equality. This is not only an important enrichment and development of Marxist equality theory, but also a necessary measure to solve the current social problems in China.
